Smoothie was delicious, but kept finding small plastic strips in it like in the picture
Love that they have a drive-thru so I don't have to even get out of the car. Employee Naomi was beyond patient and kind as I had no idea what I should order for my husband and myself. To top it off it was tasty as can be.
Ordered a smoothie from this location. They’re supposed to open at 8 am. No one is there. Already paid and order was supposed to be ready at 8:14 am. Unbelievably terrible location. They aren’t open to walk ins and no call in orders but when you order online, no one is ever there to fulfill your order. My last order was terrible service. Took thirty minutes to make one smoothie. This location sucks so badly. Basically paid for something I didn’t get and can’t get anyone on the phone to give me a refund. Even corporate customer service number just rings and goes blank. Pathetic
I mistakenly ordered from smoothie king at a particular location and went to another location to pick up my smoothie I realized my error. I was told to just cancel that order and I will get a refund. Unfortunately I only received a partial refund without ant type of explanation. I'm extremely disappointed with their customer service. Can’t order online here, so they say Call. Call & IF they pick up they say we’re not taking call ins. Want you to use Drive Thru ONLY w/no ordering ahead, it’s 2022 & no online. Also I’ve never been asked about rewards or app points
What is the point of ordering online if you still have to wait in the drive thru after you order online. Poor management decisions regarding business operations here.

Went to the store to pick up a paid online order arrived at 8:54 pm and all the doors were locked. The staff from inside waved us off like they were closed. The business hours online and on the door states they close at 9. After pulling up to the window it was still 8:55 pm and was told they were closed and not accepting orders because it takes them until 9pm to clean the machines and that’s when the go home. Wow. I had to let them know I had already paid for my order for them to apologize and give me my smoothie. Shameful. If I had an order worth $200 too bad for the business since they close early to “clean the machines”. If they don’t want my business that’s ok by me.
Went to get a smoothie Friday morning, and there was lady in there working all by herself (unbeknownst to me at the time). She brought my smoothies out to me and was super busy..... SHE WAS AMAZING......
Horrible service. SUPER SLOW. You’re better off going in and making you’re own smoothie as slow as these people are.
