Food was okay, customer service was very poor, bad attitude. You pay $2.50 guacamole, ok I get it, no problem, but the serving size was pathetic and when asked if they could add a little extra, I was told they can't take back the box. Okay, I understand that too, but you can't put a LITTLE more in a small container??? The tacos and burrito fell apart as soon as they were picked up. The taste was okay, but I didn't pay for a salad. Nobody wants to go get food from a place where customer service is so poor - it feels like a customer is a bother. No aim to bring anyone back.
Went to have a brunch before a movie, website says opens at 10a.m. as I waited to helped at 10:05am some staff person pointed at their wrist and yelled "don't open until 11" well why the heck does the website and Google say 10am!!!
The manager was so helpful today and went above and beyond to help my fiance with her catering order. We are very appreciative of this exemplary service and kindness.
Their chips and cheese were pretty good for a mall food court.
Only 1 star because the cashier was very kind. Other than that this place would get zero. Overpriced for the amount of food you get. Very bland.
Wow the pico the gallo isn’t pico de gallo, It’s more like tomatoe cold soup.. idk who owns this place but you need to hire some Hispanic people to show you how is the deal with this type of food.
Overpriced, for the same amount of money walk a little bit and go to Chipotle. One person with drink and chips needs to waste 15 dollars for food. Basically they just put a little bit of rice, little bit of beans (not even one portion) and depending on the meat you choose you'll get just one spoon portion of it. For $15 that's definately not worth it.
There is a sign saying no coupons, no gift certificates, no discounts on the counter. There wasn’t any wait. I got what I asked for, a burrito with queso, and I wasn’t impressed. I was t disappointed, but it was a very average meal. Guacamole was decent.
The food was O.K. The customer service was very rude and unprofessional. They acted as if they didn't want any customers and didn't want to be there. I will not go back.
This location has the prices jacked way up. I just wanted chips and queso, which is usually $3.29, and it was $5 at this location. Also I’m pretty sure this is not the same cheese other salsaritas have. Salsaritas cheese is not usually this orange, and it tastes like gas station nacho cheese. I asked if that was the right size container for the cheese and they informed me that the other size was $8, bud that the chips would be extra if I bought it, because I was just buying cheese, not chips and cheese? I didn’t want to get charged double for that as well, so I skipped it. Honestly though, what type of insane game of semantics are y’all playing here just to get away with charging people inflated prices for cheese that probably comes dehydrated or in a bag?? Rest assured I’ll just go to a regular Salsaritas location next time instead of this scam they’re running in the mall here. Franchise owners who try to pull stuff like this wonder why there’s nobody in line there but even Burger King across the way has a line.
