Every time I went by here really busy but we decided to stop this time line was smaller I asked for a sample of a ice cream so I wanted a small cone the lady handed me a cone and small cup in case it started to melt. The cone had so much ice cream it fell into the cup and it. Was excellent will diffently come back the prices are great
I spent $17.50 on 4 cups of small ice cream. They handed me 1 of them on a cone & I kindly asked for a cup. The girl rolled her eyes and said something under her breath. I told her if she would just give me a cup I would scrap the ice cream out of the cone into the cup. She said “no” the cone and cup price is different. I explained that I asked for a cup and she said very rudely “well that’s not what you paid for”. It’s really unfortunate to go somewhere and spend your money to be talked to and treated so rudely.
Stopped by for a treat to beat the heat! They serve all kinds of ice cream concoctions. They have a variety of hand-dipped and vanilla & chocolate soft serve. At very reasonable prices. The girls running the place were super nice and helpful.
The boy has the worst customer service I have ever encountered!!!His co worker tried to redirect him but he didn't seem to understand customer service. He snatched the money out my head, made us wait 10 minutes at the window before he even ordered and then proceeded to tell me what I couldnt order. While his co worker kept trying her best to tell him he was wrong.. We only stayed because we promised our children ice creamUnsure of A return visit.. He was extremely rude!!
I went here for the first time (I've lived in Concord for almost 30 years) because my 3 year old grandson wanted a chocolate ice cream after his T-Ball pictures were taken on Saturday. I bought a small cup of vanilla for myself and a small chocolate cup of ice cream for my grandson. I almost fell on the ground when the woman told me it came to $8.50. I was afraid to ask for a lid so we could take them home and eat them. I figured she would charge us an additional $1 or 2. Luckily, she didn't. I guess I can be thankful for that. I will never get ice cream from this place again! I believe that price is ridiculous for two small cups of ice cream. I miss my Holy Cow ice cream!! Wonderful soft serve at an affordable price!!
One of a kind in this area,have been going here off and on for 30 years. Unfortunately the staffing situation as it is, the person working seemed to really hate his job,it's ice cream, you have to be happy!! Soft serve varieties, many topping choices, but no deviation from the menu whatsoever!
Great ice cream place. Reason for low review is that they say they are open until 9pm. This is not the case. NEWS FLASH Folks they are not open till 9 pm they close or "stop taking orders at 8:30. If your open till 9 you should take orders till 9 but not these folks. Makes no sense to me. If I could leave no stars I would. Off to get ice cream elsewhere.
Very rude kids working last night. When I ordered, the kid rolled his eyes and kept mumbling under his breath. Need to hire better staffing.
I'm new to the area. This is a pleasant surprise. Really good ice cream. Good portions , good price. It's a win!
Nice price and I love the outdoor tables to eat all. Ice cream was delicious!
