Sean was a magnificent bartender! He was accommodating, hospitable, personable, and professional. I normally don't eat at chain eateries such as Ruby's, but for a quick lunch or drink I would 100% come again. The manager, Brittany, really seemed to have the kitchen in order and was putting out food as quick as it was put in, seemingly. Definitely worth the stop.
Going to Ruby Tuesday’s I didn’t have a ton of expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised and most of that was due to the exceptional service we received! Samuel was our server and even though we were a large party of 9, our drinks were never empty and he was the friendliest, kindest server EVER!! When I had to get a new side order due to an allergy he replaced it immediately, same when my friend’s steak came out wrong. Thank you Samuel for a good experience and the hickory bourbon chicken was great!!!! :) Btw — this was my first time trying the salad bar & it was super fresh and delicious as well!
We were treated badly when we first got there. The host was rude. He went to seat us at a table in the bar area. We asked if we could please have a booth not in that area. The response was “NO”. And it was not nice either. There were more dirty tables than clean ones. The salad bar was basically empty. Finally had to go ask for even lettuce. Finally ordered. Our appetizer came up and then sat there at least 10 minutes. Asked for it and was told that it should be out just any minute. They were short staffed which made for a very unpleasant experience. There was one server who was running her legs off. The folks in the kitchen seemed to be working hard. But, the host was seen several times relaxing on the seat at the door on his phone. The guy at the bar was handling it and about 4 tables. He did ok, but wasn’t getting in any hurry. Just a bad experience. It’s no wonder so many of the restaurants are closed. Pretty sure I won’t be back.
Ate dinner here w/ family last night. Hubby ordered the Bourbon Salmon which was cooked properly but had a weird taste as if it was not fresh; couldn't eat it. My chicken tenders were alittle too crunchy but edible & the fries were good. Waiter was nice but not on top of bringing refills with us having to ask. We really came for the salad bar which was really good! However...we got home, hubby stomach hurt & went to the bathroom. Two hours later, I had it coming out of both ends! I vomited for 5 hours straight during the night! Can you say 'FOOD POISONING'! I slept on the bathroom floor to keep from having to run to the toilet every 10 min. After all the food & drink came out I was throwing up my insides. I've never felt so bad! It had to have been something from the salad bar as this was the only thing we both ate, but I put more toppings on mine than he did. My son ate the tenders & fries and was fine! This was the only thing I had eaten all day other than drinking a cup of morning coffee b/c I was busy working. I will NEVER eat here again!! Only giving 1 star b/c I can't post without selecting one, but after what I had to endure it's not worth that one. You have to stay on top of food safety in the restaurant business and make sure everything is fresh, stored properly, and covered.
Salad bar was a mess with food that had clearly been sitting around all day. Grilled salmon was mediocre at best. Wait staff were mostly absent. Wings were ok.
We had an awesome experience. The service was great lead by Jarrod and Shawn. We had 4 different meals and they were all delicious..... Thanks for a great night out..
Kids these days don’t know how to speak quietly. I don’t need to be hearing you don’t care about customers or anybody for that matter. Almost wanted to grab that girls mouth and show her some proper manners. Boy. You give these young folks a job and still wonder why customers will give you all types of hell. Smh.
Restaurant was staffed better. Gave 10% off for using cash. Server was very good. Checked on us frequently. Had the plant based cheeseburger. A little dry and not as good as a regular burger but, worth ordering. Salad bar was outstanding as usual.
Unlimited salad bar was well stocked with fresh ingredients. Service was pretty good considering they were short staffed. Prices are higher than the last time we visited.
I really enjoy their salad bar on most visits. This time and a previous visit the broccoli salad was soured. The rest of the food is just meh. Today I asked for the Salmon to be cooked medium and it came out dry as dirt. But I still give it 4 stars because it has a good salad bar, good service and clean appearance.
