Hours were not posted on door, but according to google they are open til 11pm. The dining room seemed open and could see folks in the back. My family and I came in, waited a minute, someone started to come out of the back but once they saw us, they suddenly stopped and slowly backed up as if hoping we didn’t see them. Got the feeling that we weren’t invited, so we just left, seen the workers in the back watching us leave. If the dining room was closed then would have been good with someone simply telling me such. Very disappointed, really wanted to sit down and eat pizza. Ended up ordering online from ANOTHER Pizza Hut.
First Pizza Hut ever that doesn’t take any coupons! No digital coupons, not even the printed coupons I am sent in the mail! The last straw was I just tried to order the Tuscany Tuesday special and it doesn’t exist at this location! What is the problem!? Good grief.
I had ordered online (something I despise doing) and double checked my order. After I hit submit and it showed the order again. I saw that it was wrong on the type of crust. I only live a mile from my Pizza Hut, so I jumped in my car and quickly drove there and went to the window to see if it could be corrected. They gladly corrected my order with a smile. I have Never gotten bad service here.
the service was great. the food was terrible. pizza tasted old and dried out. unable to order desired toppings also. Waste of 32.00
We received everything we ordered correctly and in a contact-less yet friendly manner. The delivery driver waited at the end of our driveway to ensure we received our delivery. Everything was great!
Excellent staff, even offered to help carry order to vehicle. Have never had this type of true customer service at Pizza Hut. Please let them know they are appreciated.
This particular pizza hut knows how to make pizza. ordered extra sauce and got extra sauce on thin crust that was perfect. Breadsticks were done perfect golden brown outside and fluffy inside with lots of the cheese mix topping. also the marinara cups were filled almost to the top.
The Big Box pizza was well packaged. The food was piping hot. The service at the drive thru to pick it up was quick and very efficient.
Customer service at its worst last night. I was disappointed at the service and ashamed at how staff were so unhelpful. We can do better!
Pizza Hut pizza is always cheesy and yummy! And the ladies at the drive thru are always kind!!
