VERY FRESH HOT AND TASTY FOOD ?
It was easy to order our carryout order online. Our order was ready when they said it would be, which is a rarely happens these days! We got exactly what we ordered and it was hot and delicious!
We love our Pizza Hut on Church Street. I am sorry that Covid has hit thie dine in so hard. We LOVE the people there. Terry, Brandi and Chris. The managers are great. And the delivery guys are great too. Bring back the buffet! At least one day a week maybe?
The online ordering was confusing. I ordered the big box, I think, and was confused how the price was different that what I was expecting. Well the price was different because during the selection of options I was adding an addition set of wings. Not what I wanted, just the standard order of wing but that is not clear online.
The pizza was very good, the service and the delivery guy were all good. I have no complaints.
My cousin took me out to supper at this Pizza Hut, our waitress Hannah was absolutely on her game. She got our drinks, our order and joked with us for a minute then scurried to her other tables. Our food came out decently fast (around 13 minutes) Hot & delicious. We will be going again!
Pizza Hut is so much better now - I had to leave you all for a while because the food went downhill, my half raw pizza was the final straw! After going to PJ for a year and seeing the new PH commercials I decided to give it a try again and have been impressed. Although, I am curious as to what happened to my varied bread crusts, as you can no longer pick one?
The breadsticks were extremely over cooked and hard. The boneless wings barely had any sauce and one of the pizzas was only supposed to have banana peppers and it was on the whole pizza.
The food is great, just not as good as Oak Ave. Kannapolis location. The staff, however, are very pleasant and always smiling.
