My family and I love Parkway House and visit them often because of the friendly waitstaff, the fast service, the delicious food and very reasonable prices. Our favorites include the Big Bad Mad Burger, the Country Fried steak and wings, wings, wings! That being said, we've tried several other menu items and everything we've had so far has been excellent. Very convenient location, and yet somewhat off the beaten path, so you don't have to deal with Concord Mills area traffic. My family and I definitely recommend Parkway House Restaurant!

Decent food at good prices. Last time I visited the food was overcooked and greasy. I think the cook was having an off day because it's definitely better than that most of the time. Usually 4 star
The Mac and cheese taste like a pound of butter. The green beans have no flavor. Other than that its a pretty good country dinner spot especially for the elderly
Normally good but just ok last time. Hamburger was dry with little taste and fries were a little freezer burnt in taste or the oil was little off. But I have eaten many times in the past and it has always been good
My wife and I went here for a late lunch. We were seated quickly and greeted by our server very shortly after being seated. Our order arrived very quickly and our food was prepared exactly as requested. Our server was attentive and did a great job. We will definitely be back.
Great waitress. Food was cooked well. Collard greens had an unusual flavor. Couldn't quite pinpoint what is was though.
If you love home cooking - this place is a slam dunk. Service is normally very good, prices are reasonable, selection is pretty amazing, and the food is outstanding. Favorites here are country style steak, some great burgers, chicken & dumplings, black eyed peas, just about any of the pastas, great salads, even the pizza and wings. I have no idea how they are able to do SO MANY completely different things, but each one is done EXTREMELY well.
Amazing food and friendly service. We will be coming back regularly. The big bad mad burger is out of control delicious! We had to return the very next day to have another one and once again the quality was amazing. We tried an order of their wings and now I'm tempted to go back again tomorrow for another plate of those! Just a heads up though, you may want to call in and order the wings ahead of time because they take 20 minutes to prepare. With that said it was well worth the wait ? .
We go here fairly often but wouldn't call ourselves regulars. Food is really good.. but we don't venture from our usually very often. Great onion rings. Joshua was our server and he is great..
