We bought a extra large sized pizza that was made from the 14 inch size pizza dough. This made the pizza a good thinness. ;)
So I keep coming back hoping the pizza would be better because Papa Johns use to be my favorite. But it’s not. Not sure if it’s just this location but pizza and crust is thin like the dough is not rising. On one of the pizzas half was ok and the other thin. Staff was friendly

Tried to place a order for delivery THREE times just for them to cancel it. This is by far the worse location in concord
Estimated delivery was 40 minutes. Took 70 minutes. Food was cold.Previous order took delivery two trips to get all my food. Also, some toppings were only on about 1/3 of the pizza.
The staff was friendly. However they don't wear a mask as they say. They do not disinfect in between customers as they state. The toppings on the pizza were lacking at best. Good thing I'm from out of state because I wouldn't come back here.
Pizza, garlic butter and peparachini were great. The delivery was horrible. It took almost 2 hours to get to me. She got lost, even though she had a GPS on her phone. SMH
Food was cold. This is the worst papa johns I have had ever. Will not be eating here again
Absolutely wonderful! We had never ordered from this location but the store was very nice and the employees were very respectful, nice, considerate, and a joy. Will definitely be going back.. The works pizza was delicious and the papadias.... no words how amazing. I highly encourage ordering online though, the call order placing was awful, went through an automated system then connected to a nice but hard to understand lady. We canceled and placed it online to ensure correct order made! But this location gets 5 stars from us!
