Order arrived minus 1 of the 3 pizzas that were ordered. I ordered extra mushrooms and was lucky to get maybe 1 or 2 on each slice. To top it all off....the pizza was under cooked and cold. I couldn't eat it and wouldn't give it to my dogs. Will never order from this dump again. Unfortunately I live less than a mile away from this dive which leaves me wondering why the pies were cold. It cost me $60 bucks to learn this lesson. Yes....$60
Ordered from this location at 8:30pm EST, order was picked up by “DoorDash delivery” at 9:00PM and then my order was canceled by the DoorDasher at 9:16PM EST. Called the location and the person I spoke with stated that my order was sent out and picked up by a DoorDasher and that the DoorDasher canceled and stole the order. They need to switch their delivery back to in-house or use a more reputable partner as DoorDash approves anyone to be a driver these days.UPDATE: the team at Papa John’s went above and beyond to take care of me as the customer. It’s unfortunate they have delivery partners that cause issues with the customer service. Kudos for taking the extra mile!
This location has lost my business. I continue to receive bad orders from this location. The new store in prosperity is much better and will be my new go-to location. I am a former manager of a PJ store so I know how to tell quality pizza and this store just doesn’t have it. The dough is never truly “fresh”, due to volume this location stretches the pies well in advance which leads to a rigid almost stale crust. The toppings are never distributed properly and cheese hardly seals the edge of the crust. Trust me, try the new location.
I got my pizza was warm and cooked well. No complaints here just had a good order from papa John's.
On multiple occasions this particularly store has forgotten whole deliveries and items. Also, poor food quality for items that were delivered and terrible customer service from the employees and the manager when attempting to resolve these issues. Love Papa Johns, but will not order from this location again.
Disappointing online delivery experience. Asked for double pepperoni topping on the pizza and got only 1 topping. This is the second time it’s happening on a delivery. Will not order from this store again.
I gave them 3 stars because I called my order in and I waited for about 30 minutes to get my pizza and when I got there it still wasn't done. So I had to wait another 15 minutes to get my pizza. And your probably thinking that they were busy. This was the slowest papa John's I have every been to in my life. And although they weren't busy the manager didn't answer the phone I stood there and watch this in amazement.
In life, if several people are willing to share in the lack of professionalism from a business location, there should be some signs of improvement. My Family and I ordered from this location to pick up / carry out. The order was to take 20 min. Upon arriving at this location, a sign read to call when You arrive... 20 on the phone waiting for someone to pick up and through the window, it was easy to see that there happened to be 3 people in the building. No one answered the phone. I walked in the door and the person preparing Pizzas made eye contact and never acknowledged that someone would be with Me in just a moment. Another Young Man further to the middle of the building made eye contact with Me twice and continued to have a conversation with another worker and also made no attempt to acknowledge My presence. After processing My payment, no attempt was made to offer Me a receipt for My purchase or even Thanked Me for coming in.After having placed orders from this location in the past, I would prefer to take My business elsewhere were My money and business would be appreciated.
2hrs for a delivery less than 5 minutes away. They also stopped answering the phone.
I placed an order for delivery at 6:22pm, and it’s now 8:26pm and still not here - and I’ve been on hold waiting for someone to answer the phone for 14 minutes. I don’t even want the order anymore but I can’t even get someone to answer the phone to cancel it. This service is despicable.
