It was super slow when we went to go pick up Togo food this evening. Both sandwiches were made wrong completely. We returned the order to get a remake, which then the staff made other orders before our remake. There was no urgency at all to redo the order, whereas there is no accuracy for the food as well. Thanks for the 6 bags of chips when I only ordered 3 though? The staff also opened our food on the counter they serve food on, and had been bitten off of. And of course when we finally got the food remade it was wrong again. $30 not well spent.

The older lady at the front was so nice. She treated me so kind. Helped me make up my mind and had so much patience. The food was great. This place is so much better. I have been here when she is here and not and customer service is so much better when she is. She is truly the face of Panera Bread.

Customer service customer service customer service!Today was the day I decided to add a review about this location. Consistently Ive walked into this store and stood at the counter and waited and waited as no one is there in the front to greet or take an order. Now yes there are ppl working but they don't seem to think that it's their job to say "HI someone will be with you in a moment". For the third time when I finally had to stop someone and ask would anyone be taking orders I had a person tell me "I just work bagels, I don't know where the cashier is". Managers walking by without a word and finally the only way to get someone to the front is to act out of character and raise my voice to ask is anyone ANYONE working the front? That's when they want to say oh I'm not sure where the cashier is (how do you not know where your front line, first to greet customers staff member is at?!).The offer of free food.. Blah. Free doesn't excuse the customer service aspect of this, which consistently continues to be a problem with this location in the mornings. (and as an aside no I didn't take the offer of free food, I work, I can buy my own food.)Hopefully management (like corporate) sees this review and does something about the lack of professionalism and attention to detail that is going on at this location. I for one will not be back. ( I know I know I'm just one customer and I don't matter however one turns to two two turns to three... You get the idea.)

The customer service at this location needs improvement asap. The young lady at the register was more than rude to both my mom and I. Later on I saw her again and asked where I could find to go boxes and she looked at me and didn’t say anything so I asked her if I needed to ask someone else and she said yeah. As a former manager I wouldn’t have held my patience for an employee who makes customers feel more than uncomfortable. For that reason I will not be returning to this location it’s just not worth it. People spend their hard earned money to have a pleasant time not to feel uncomfortable and uneasy.

I called once to cancel an order I placed through the app and the lady said my order was ready to deliver and I waited 20 minutes in the place where I was for my order I know doordash has many orders to deliver but after that time I didn’t want/need my order anymore and called again, she said she was going to cancel and get my refund in 72 hours. Literally 2 -3 minutes later I got a call from doordash driver asking for instructions to deliver my order. Really? ??‍♀️ I literally was about to leave and got off from my car and explained to her that I called twice trying to cancel and she said she never got that. I got the order just because I know she is working and her time matters but I’m really disappointed with the customer phone service because I requested for cancellation and it seems that my request was not important.

They were out of strawberries and were going to let me add blueberries, but wanted to charge me a dollar..I said no thanks! You are the ones out of the fruit that comes with what I purchased there should be no charge. The store has not been very clean the last 3 times that I have been there.

Grungy!!This place used to be so nice. It has definitely gone downhill! Every table had trash on it, the floors were dirty, water puddles on the floors by the drinks. It is now March 2nd and they still have a small Christmas tree and an old Santa canister filled with old popcorn. Needless to say I won't be back!

We've been eating here a lot lately. The variety of food is great. Always appreciate the free coffee refills!Only complaint is that the dining room floor ALWAYS ALWAYS needs sweeping! Make that someone's job to do periodically and I'll give you 5 stars.

Just very poor service and no interest in ensuring customers are happy. Ordered 6 bagels (they were in the bins)…waited and waited……..and waited. Then told they didn’t have any bagels left (we saw them in the bin). Then they gave those bagels to an order that came in after us. Then the “manager” rudely gave me a paper bag with the refund of the bagels in it (odd?) and offered no apology. Would have been great if he asked if there was something else he could get us (this was my twin daughter’s birthday). He just dismissed us and walked away. Not a life-ending experience, but just another example of the poor service here…been coming to this location for 20 years…sure miss the good ole days when they cared about customers.

Tried to give them several chances won’t ever come back to this location. Always always check your order multiple thing missing. Did curbside waited 18 mins no one came out went in to get my food understood girl running had injured finger entire back kitchen staff goofing off playing on their phone AirPods talking on cell phones my food wasn’t ready the one girl was texting in her phone with hot food in front of her. ordered and paid for extra bacon on breakfast sandwiches had two mini crumbly burnt pieces of bacon on bread no cheese literally disgusted by this place.
