Pretty sure I got food poisoning from the Greek yogurt! If y’all would stop pre making them a couple days out and just make them fresh daily!! I forgot to check it this time and now I’ve been in bed with the worst stomachache I’ve had in a really long time! The staff was really nice when ordering and this store is one of the better ones but if you can make bread fresh each day you can add fresh fruit to the parfaits daily too.
Food clearly not made to order half the time, last visit two sandwiches I ordered were cold in the center as if they convection bake it at like 200F for 5 minutes from the fridge, precooked, instead of made to order. Then I go with a coupon for last order being cold. And in special note ask please make it fresh last meal was cold, and tip $4 and the meal still was cold in the center.

I have always loved going to Panera for a quick drive thru snack or meal. Today was different :( Kind of bummed about it.... I just went through the drive thru. Ordered a chicken egg wrap sandwich, asiago bagel and broc cheddar soup. Just got home and my wrap was not in the bag. Yes, I should have checked before I drove off. But I've never had to do it before because I've never had any issues. I'm not one to complain, but I just tried calling the restaurant and no one answered. In fact, the call disconnected itself because the line rang so long. I know everywhere is short staffed. Was hoping to reach someone to discuss a possible delivery or credit or something.
Horrible. Ordered bacon, egg, & cheese sandwich. I get to work and bite into it. I open the sandwich to see bacon crumbs. I paid too much money to get crumbs.
We picked up our dinner tonight. I ordered a Green Goddess Cobb Salad. There was no green goddess dressing. I didn't request vinaigrette. The salad is called green goddess because of the dressing. How hard could that be?
I was pleasantly surprised by the coffee bar, not what I think of when I hear Panera. I had the turkey and avocado blt club with chips. The boys got broccoli and cheddar soup and the mac and cheese.I thought they were gonna try the grilled mac and cheese sandwich, which by the way looks awesome. The fountain drinks were different, besides the usual they had iced coffee, unsweetened tea, lemonade and some green teas.

I must say, this Panera always gets the orders right and promptly has them ready, despite being short staffed. Other Panera’s we have had issues with the Madagascar vanilla latte being super milked down and almost white, when it shouldn’t be.Grateful they take so much care! Not a five star due to the bathroom needs some work on being cleaned sadly.
My wife and I got the green goddess cob salad. I also got the tomato soup. The staff was very kind but they got the order wrong. They did make it right. The food was good and the atmosphere was pleasant.
