Visited for a birthday and had an absolutely amazing time. Everyone was friendly and helpful, especially our server Nickolas- who helped my brother choose a dish he'd enjoy and was attentive & helpful the entire time we were there. Food was fantastic, drinks were too. Place was clean and had great atmosphere. Thanks for a fantastic experience!

Great On The Border, we had an awesome waitress. Not sure what her name was - I believe it was Ariana? She was an excellent waitress, frequently checked in on us and she apologized and handled any problems we had.The food was good, pretty normal for On The Border. The stuffed Jalapenos were good, the burrito and tacos were also good. The salad was okay, at the time they ran out of the taco salad so there was no taco shell salad option. The strawberry lemonade was good but it was barely a hint of strawberry, mostly just water and ice. There aren't many non-alcoholic options, they should offer more mojitos and non alcoholic drinks!Our only main issue was the guacamole - it was good but our batch had a ton of salt. It was super salty, but it was just a bad batch and hopefully not the case for everyone.Overall it was a good On The Border. 4/5

What a great menu, atmosphere, and menu. The server was so friendly and helpful with area attractions. The food was very well presented and flavorful. Very kids friendly . We had storms push us off the coast and found a gem inland.
How can you even ruin a torta? Seems you would have to purposefully design it to suck. Did someone eat all my fries in the kitchen? It's hard to mess up Mexican food, but you guys do it the best.
Vegetables are never fully cooked or cooked until they are carmelized. They always come just warm and still crunchy.Online ordering reads that fajitas come with shredded cheese and pico de gallo.Every time we order we get lettuce and a few sprinkles of cheese. definitely not enough for 3 fajitas.There’s no option to request no lettuce.It is always a hassle to get someone to help you so you can pick up your take out order.I’m guessing they pay better attention to the dine-in food, I don’t recommend carry out.

I would like to thank Jeff the manager and Aimee my waitress for taking great care of us! She was very professional and knowledgeable about the menu and drinks. She is a great waitress and we will definitely be back to see her. This is an awesome restaurant to eat Mexican food. She is an amazing waitress!!!
Terrible customer service. Sat for 15-20 minutes before I went and FOUND someone to take our drink order. Then sat another 20 minutes to order our food. The food then took forever to come out so we asked to just have it boxed up in the back. They brought it out to us to box. The manager Jeff had absolutely no concern about my complaint. Very bad business. I'll be contacting corporate immediately.
