The food was reasonably good and service was just ok. Waiter was very nice yet service was slow. Food was good although one dinner seemed like it was under heat light too long. Largest complaint is the store was disgusting. There was food and debris all over the floors in the bar area and to the bathroom, floors were slippery/greasy. I almost slipped walking to our table. There were dirty dishes on practically every table and the bar was full of dirty dishes. It didn’t seem like they were understaffed, they just didn’t seem to care because so many staff were just sitting around and waiting. At one point near the end of our 1+ hour meal, the bus boy came through and I thought, great! This place will get cleaned up. Nope. He was there 2-3 minutes and left with an almost empty tray. Meanwhile the bar and tables were only getting worse. It was so bad, we even discussed how if they don’t care about how the front looks, what does the kitchen look like?

This restaurant is amazing. My friends and I have been here many times. Each time we ate different dishes and every dish great taste The taste is amazing. It is a bit expensive but wonderful. I really like it. It touched my heart. great taste with good service and clean environment that is why I like this restaurant ☺️☺️☺️Great taste with good service and clean environment that is why I like this restaurant ☺️

Love the salad but always have to ask for more dressing. Any pasta always needs extra sauce and sometimes the noodles taste microwaved. But flavor is good. Breadsticks are really good. Love the zuppa sausage soup and the cheese sticks. The espresso martinis are strong but good. Service was slow. The wait is always long but the texting to let you know when your table is ready is good because you can ride around or just sit in your vehicle.

Food was delicious! Great for the price. Our waiter was awful, though. We got unlimited soup, salad, and bread sticks. After our first bowl of soup got dropped off, we never saw our waiter again. Can't remember his name, but he had dreadlocks and his name started with a D. Our drink glasses were empty and we waited about 20 minutes before just giving up and leaving. When we left, we saw him just standing out back on his phone. If you go and see this waiter, request someone else. He definitely doesn't deserve the tip.

Easily has to be one of the worst meals that I’ve had in my life. Let’s start at the beginning. We got there at 8:30 pm on a Sunday evening. We were told that there would be a 40-minute wait. We decided to wait it out. Finally, at the 40-minute mark, we were shown to our tables. First, we noticed that the silverware at the table were not the cleanest. They had weird splotches and had an unpleasant odor to them. We tried to overlook that. Ordered drinks, and noticed that the drinking glasses had this fishy odor to them. Then we had our waitress come and take the order for the food. We got the chicken and shrimp carbonara, chicken Marsala and Shrimp Alfredo. After taking our order, the waitress comes back about 5 minutes later to tell us that they had run out of Marsala sauce, so we had to make a change in our order. So we chose another carbonara. The food arrived another 15 minutes later. The carbonara looked like it was dipped in oil, I got the carbonara because it looked appetizing on the menu cover, it did not look anything like that. It was bland, oily and altogether unpalatable. The Alfredo was at best, ok. I would have let it slide if it weren’t for the price of 20+ dollars for the carbonara, which was not even close to being worth it. Extremely disappointed!

Staff was very kind and on top of refills. Food was excellent. I had the Chicken Alfredo and the other person I went with had the Shrimp Alfredo. They were both delicious. Bread sticks and salad were also very good! One of the better Olive Garden's I have been to.

We picked up a ToGo order from the Concord NC OG. Food was ready on time with minimal wait once we checked in curbside. The food however was not much more than mediocre. The salad is definitely better in the restaurant. My wife described her make your own pasta as bland. My fettuccine Alfredo barely had any Alfredo sauce on it. On a positive note, the bread sticks were awesome as well as the dipping sauce.

Enjoyed the lunch I had here today. The food was good and not too pricey but the service was top notch. I was served by Dre he was excellent and on point. He made the experience welcoming and with intentions to return.. Great job

I ordered shrimp scampi and my husband ordered salmon scampi as a specialty dish but both of our meals contained veggies which was unusual but not that big of a deal. I did have a issue with the lack of seasoning and sauce my husband and I noodles were dry. We are from out of state and maybe this location prepares their food differently.

Went on a date last night to Olive Garden with my spouse and had a lovely time. One of my favorite things about this Olive Garden is we are able to join the waitlist online. We did that on the way over so we didn’t have to wait long. While waiting we were able to look at the menu and get an idea of what we wanted. We were seated and served by Dre, a new server with a great personality. He made sure to get us waters right away and get our drink and appetizer order immediately as well. He was very pleasant and had some good suggestions for us. We got drinks (peach Bellini and an Italian margarita) and a calamari appetizer. The drinks were amazing and the calamari was very good. I even like the white sauce that came with the calamari and I’m not the biggest fan of ranch. We ordered a wine to go. Dre was very helpful in choosing a wine to go based off of our preferences. We were able to pay at the table on the tablet and leave a tip which was very handy. Overall it was a great experience and we cannot wait to come again.
