The manager Paula is so amazing! Every time we come she has the best customer service. She makes our nachos so good! She makes sure the all food is cooked and made excellent! I love coming to this location because of her!

Moe's was a weekly staple in our office for years, but since Covid, this location has gone seriously downhill. Today during my visit, they were out of ingredients, the floors, serving area and counters were disgusting and the hygiene of the employees left something to be desired. The employee who took my order proceeded to handle my payment (with her gloves on) and then returned to continue process additional orders without changing gloves. Please do better Moes....
Been coming here for two years now and it’s been great. Since they hired this new gal she only gives you half scoops. Now this may be cause of supply chain issues but then you get charged $19 for THIS. Anyone that’s ever gone to moes in Concord knows that this is only half of what they typically give you and the price is usually $12. So MOES, you lost a customer. Sorry
Every time I have been to this Moe's everything has been great. Last night I placed an order online for pickup and I was worried they may not see my note about wanting my drink as a sweet tea because I didn't have that option online. I was thrilled to see that they did, and my entire order was correct. The staff was quick and precise. My order was perfect. Thank you everyone and keep up the good work! I will be back again soon!
You really can’t cough on the food, that’s just gross. I was looking forward to it too, but just nasty. Just no common sense.
This was my first visit to this establishment and I will be back. The service from the crew was great and my burrito was delicious. My visit was around 3pm on 12/21/2021. The reason I took a star away was for the cleanliness of the dining area. Chips crushed on the floor and tables not wiped down after guess has finished their meal.
This place is awesome food is amazing everyone needs to go and eat there. And try the steak and potato burrito.
Ordered online for pick up and when arrived wasn't ready yet. That part didn't bother me though....the fact that half the ingredients were missing from both my orders and the person making the food had a clear list in front of him of what was supposed to be in the food is just rediculous especially for the dang price. Like he just skipped over everything on the receipts? I recommend just ordering in person because the food is good but for the price I want to get what I ordered.
I went in to purchase a takeout burrito. I was the only customer in the restaurant and the only staff appeared to be 3 adolescent men. The facility was filthy, my food was cold and many items were not refilled. The black beans and sour cream for my burrito were the dregs of an empty container. Three different salsas were out, including my two favorite ones. The checkout counter and salsa counter were filthy and the place stank near the bathrooms. My food was cold and I don't mean a little warm. I had to microwave my burrito for 2 minutes to bring it up to temperature. Absolutely horrible experience.
