Extremely clean, awesome GM, courteous staff
Female at the drive thru was very rude ! And threw the sauce in my hand all because I asked for ONE sauce and then said a rude remark about it and rolled her eyes because she had to walk two steps to get the sauce ! I do not recommend going here . And that female needs to be in the back and not interacting with customers first hand !
I visited this location with my daughter on February 11, 2022. At which time a representative for your company at the window gave me a melted Sunday and splashed it on my car and it also came within my car. she also attempted handing me a bag with my food that she incorrectly gave to the car in front of me. I watched as the driver in front of me looked in the bag and handed it back. Since the driver left so quickly she wasn't able to move the bag. I asked her (Anel) was that the same bag the driver just handed her back? She looked at me then the bag and said no. Whan I advised I saw the transaction she snatched the bag off of the counter and walkaway. Not before flinging a half melted caramel sundae at me. this ice cream splashed all over my car and in my car. I said ms. this is melted you have to make this over and I need napkins to clean up the mess. Anel said, it's not my fault I didn't make it. She then closed the window and walked away. I reached out and went to knock on the window do get someones attention and she finally came back with a stack of napkins. She also returned quickly with food. just switched bags (had a special order)she refused to provide her name also. Stated she wasn't the manager and closed the window once more. I have never been disrespected like this at any McDonald's and I frequent this location. For this behavior I will never go here again.
Consistent good food & good service. Nice dine in atmosphere. My favorite McD's location.
I visit this McDonald's a lot and without fail every single time I get oatmeal it is always watery. I usually stir it and let it settle and will eat it 10-15 minutes later. Today's oatmeal looks absolutely disgusting and not edible at all. Very disappointed.
I love the customer service at this McDonald's location. I come here in the morning to grab my favorite ? Sausage Egg and Cheese McMuffin. The food always fresh and I quickly go through the drive thru line without having to worry about being late for work. Yes! I love quick service.
We ordered food at kiosk had to pay at register... Then when they didn't have the food we ordered refused to give a refund. Didn't give us our drinks we had to ask twice...
Just close the doors. The service is on par with the DMV. I tried to add an item to an order and they told me I'd have to go back thru the drive thru. Not a chance in the world.
The Mc Rib was back and delicious. ❤
