Placed app order because as I tried to enter the establishment a woman that "works" there grabbed the door from my hand and said very rudely, "Oh no honey we aren't open yet!" This is at 5;00 in the evening. I go back to car and place an app order where I was to receive a free.medium fry and drink with any purchase over a dollar. I applied that to my order and proceeded to the drive thruI told them my order number and when I get to the window the woman basically throws my bag at me and gives me two packets of ketchup and I asked for a couple more and she tosses one more in my hand. It must come out of her pay. I asked for my fry and she tried to argue that it wasn't part of my order. I tried to show her on app that it was and rudely she turns away and says nevermind and goes and gets a partial medium fry. I have read some of the other reviews and I would definitely rethink about my HR people because they don't have this company's best interest. I definitely will not go back there even though the burgers I ordered were customized and the cool cared about there workReally sad.
I just left this McDonald's and first the wait for the lady to respond back was forever. Then i got to the cashier and tried to use a code from the app and got the run around. Then I get to the window and the man says my order to me however the Big Mac sandwich was not in the bag when I got home only the 20pc nuggets and 2 fries. I knew the experience was going to be bad while I patiently waited for a check in. Never again ?
Went on Sunday, March 27th at 10:15pm. The car in front of us ordered, but no one took our order when we pulled up immediately behind them. After five minutes we pulled up to the window. The girl working looked at us, and walked away. Said nothing. When we then pulled up to the second window, she walked away again. Not sure why no one was taking orders when y'all close at 11?
Lesson learned don't go there if you're on a lunch break they only concerns is doordash or Uber eats customers my whole lunch break and then some was a waste of time he told me that my order was up next and he will bring it out to me it never came so I went in and got a refund and then he wanted to be concerned please too late for that I really do try and give the restaurants a chance but with that I couldn't ??????????
Sat at the drive thru for 10 min and no one took my order. I then drove up to the window and the cashier was extremely rude and didn’t want to help me!
This McDonald's is the all-time worst. These no set business closing hours. I attempted twice on two separate days,once at 7 pm. and the other at 8 pm. The lights were on in drive-thru, but no came to the speaker. There were employees on the inside working . Don't waste your time going to this McDonald's because you will never know if it's open or close. Go across the street to find some to eat. #trashservice #concordNc
Long wait just for them to come to the speaker and tell me that Lane was closed, so I needed to drive around and get into the other lane, which now had several cars thst arrived after me also waiting. Poor customer service!!
The employees were incredibly rude and did not listen. They got the entire order wrong and acted like it was not their fault. Very unprofessional and more worried about their phones than customer service.
Love Mc fries. Service was a little slow. But, worth the wait.
Was told to wait a moment when pulling into the drive thru and there was no line. I waited at the order wcreen for 5 mins before asking i was still being waited on. The drive-thru girl then got an attitude with me, and so I just drove away. I understand being asked to wait, but the rudness was unacceptable.
