Good morning everyone, it's the worst experience I've had as a buyer of this McDonald's store. The manager is super arrogant. As a manager, you're supposed to give a smile or a good morning to the customers, but she needs to go to a customer service course. customer
Please train these employees on how the reward system works. I’ve given my code twice and they don’t know how to simply pay with my card that’s on file. This establishment is the only one that gives me problems using the reward app.
This McDonald’s has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. They will not take your order if you go inside. The manger should be fired. She will look right at you while the line gathers. I had to wait 15 minutes while she ignored me and the rest of the customer’s. Not the first time it’s every time. Unless u go thru the drive thru don’t expect any service…
This is a hit and miss.! Some days the food is fresh and 2-3xs out of a week the food is not fresh or even hot.. the service is ok depending on who’s in charge. A lot of young teens work here. Could be a lot better tho I think.

Never miss with McDonald's. Have many choices and to pick for breakfast lunch or dinner is covered. The place is clean and cheerful.
Fast service, but fries were lukewarm. Cashier was friendly, order was correct.

It would be much better if they could get your food right. Their customer service could be a little bit better.
