Let's be real - I've never gone to McDonald's expecting a gourmet meal but my double quarter pounders with extra pickles came as quarter pounders with no pickles, no onions, nothing, overcooked beyond oblivion.I can get an honest mistake but there's literally a ticket with bold font on each box describing what should be inside and lo and behold, everything is wrong.This place has been in shambles for a while, management obviously isn't doing their jobs, it's an all time low.

DONT COME WITH A TRAILER OR SEMI! Today I went through the front door and the woman immediately says “I’m not taking your order”. I say I have a trailer and can’t do drive thru and she says “I don’t care”…. I’ve literally been given a ride by complete strangers just to get lunch. And the worst part is when I got out of the car, the bag ripped open and I couldn’t go inside to get more food. Absolute nastiness and rudeness from the employees and it’s appalling.

Just got served raw hamburger and chicken sandwich. The workers thought it was funny and I ate most of the burger because I wasn’t looking at it I was hungry but then looked down and seen the pink! Update the managers told the franchise owners that they gave me two free meals on two separate days they lied, why would I possibly want to eat raw food again. They also said that a little pink in your hamburger is ok. Look at the photos and then look at the safe handling instructions on the hamburger pack. It says to cook thoroughly! This franchise is owned by Awad Holdings. They own 11 stores in Concord NC.

This is not normally my kinda thing. I live within 5min of this mcdees and I have always continued to go there with the understanding that is a gamble if I'll get good food or not. I really think that's most of us now a days. But tonight was the one. No salt on cold fries. My ketchup, extra onions and Mac sauce was literally on the side/outside my burger. And the big finale was that not only were the burgers burnt all to hell, but they were ice cold. I can handle semi disappointment at a place like McDonald's but they really pushed it too far tonight. Maybe it's our faults for accepting this as a last minute quick easy meal after a long day of work/kids/hobbies etc. Because when I was a kid I use to LOVE going to this place. It was a big deal treat, but I think they also use to care back then. We've accepted less and keep coming back so why would they feel the need to change it? I have no opinions about the national coin shortage either way. However, I assume it can be confusing and frustrating in the retail environment. This morning, my order totaled $4.59. When I handed the cashier a $5 bill she explained to me that she would not be able to give me any change/coins back due to the coin shortage. At that point I handed her $0.60 and asked her to give me a dollar back. She seemed to get upset with me, closed the window, walked a few steps over and although I could not hear what she was saying I got the impression that she was not happy with my request for whatever reason. A manager rushed around the corner, handed me a dollar bill, and then began to fuss at me for asking for the dollar back. I assumed her cashier did not explain that I had also given her the 60 cents so I just kept listening and she kept complaining. At first I just said okay and yes ma'am just trying to get through it but because she was raising her voice at me and continued on.. I did place the dollar back into the window and asked for my $5 bill and my 60 cent back. The manager walked off mad, the girl gave me my $5 bill then I still had to ask her again for my 60 cents. She handed it to me with a snarl.. In the end it was my loss because I drove away with no food but it was honestly very embarrassing to be treated that way by employees.My suggestion to customers.. have coins with you or be willing to forfeit the difference in which Ive done previously, no problem.My suggestion to employees, be mentally prepared if the customer chooses to pay differently once the transaction has started. It happens with or without coin shortages.Also, I was inside the same location the previous day. Customers were being told that they had to use the kiosk to place their orders. I noticed an elderly man struggling to use the screen. He eventually walked out without ordering. It would be helpful if the kiosk was optional for customers rather than required.

Yall normally have decent food. But today, was not! Nuggets were like rubber! They have been done probably since lunch hour started. VERY disappointing to have cold RUBBERY food??

UPDATE: Once again ordered 2 pies. Not in the bag when i got home. But i was charged for them...No matter how many times or what time of the day or night I try to get an ice cream cone the ice cream machine is being cleaned. Ok so once I was told it was broken. And they always leave out half my order...

On 2/14/2022 I was served a raw double Quarter pounder with cheese. The employees laughed, and the managers told the franchise owner that they gave me two free meals on two separate days a ? percent lie. The franchise owner and manager told me that pink hamburger meat was ok. Look at the photos and then look at the safe handling instructions on the hamburger pack. It states to cook thoroughly! They had a trainee unsupervised on the grill and so whoever ate there on 2/14/2022 possibly ate raw food. Stay away from RAWNOLD McDonalds!

Horrible service. Manger was completely rude not only to me but told her employee that if she took my order at the front counter she would receive a write up.then was told to leave because I wanted the GMs number and had the police called for asking for it.

Horrible experience here. I didnt get what I ordered. They then went threw my food with hands all in it. I did pay for my missing item, but they treated me like I was trying to get something for free. I wasnt, I just wanted my missing item. Even the other employee said she was out of line. The girl was actually getting loud with me. Not happy with this location at all.
