Terrible. Sign on street says dining room open. 6/11/22 at lunchtime- All doors locked. Yelling at us because we came in through a side door when another customer exited when no staff member could be bothered to even open the door and explain the reason for the closure. Will not go back to this location. There are enough McDonald’s and restaurants in the area with better service
Always quick on the drive through. Fries are pretty much always hot and crispy. Don't ever have to ask for napkins and ketchup.
They have lobby closed one day open one day.... Its crazy i always order thru the app and pick up inside. But here lately lobby has been closed... So i have to go thru drive thru and it takes forever... Ordered a large frappe, but i was given a med. But i paid for a large, when i said something to the guy in drive thru he just shrugged his shoulders and shut the window. My fries were cold, i didnt get the sauce for the chic nuggets... It was just a bad experience all the way around ...
Well I drove through and ordered a 10 piece nugget meal and as I was eating the nuggets I almost put one in my mouth that had this wrapped around it.. I’m not sure exactly what it is but was some type of string material. My fries were also cold with no salt and they forgot my sauce I asked for. Definitely was a terrible experience. Their customer service was nice but definitely not what I was expecting while eating the food.
Update the app to let customers know that the lobby is not open. I chose in app to pick up in store but the lobby was closed then i was told i had to go thru the drive thru. I would not have gone there had i known that i would have to wait thru the drive thru line. That was the whole point of picking up in store. Then by the time i got thru the libe my food was cold..since it had been ready the whole time i set thru the drive thru
Just went through drive thru. Sat there for 10 minutes and no one took my order. I drove around and there were NO cars at either window! I drove to the 1st window and saw a few people chit chatting. I went to the 2nd window and no one was there so I blew my horn. I explained to the guy that there is a line waiting to order and no one is taking orders. He apologized and took my order at the window. I ordered a big mac meal. I got home and my sandwich was in a big Mac box but it wasn’t a big mac! It was 1 bun and one patty with no sauce! This is a shame! I will not visit another McDonalds and plan to call corporate next week and complain!
the slowest McDonald's I have ever been too. I was the 4th car in line. it took over 25 minutes to get through the drive thru. ever single employee was on their phones. I sat there with 4 at the first payment window.. all on their phones. at the food pickup window. the girl was on her phone when I pulled up.. handed me my food. pulled her phone back out. sent a text. got my cup... pulled her phone out again sent a text.. put my cup under the fountain.. sent another text.. she ended up sending 4 texts before I got my drink. it was the absolute worst customer service from a McDonald's I have ever had
I have three coffee and cinnamon rolls & pancakes & sausage but today coffee only and none can compete against my home store of Forest drive location in Columbia South Carolina
They will mess up your order EVERY time. I’d definitely recommend checking your bag at the window before you pull off, to save the trip of having to come back. Don’t even think about using DoorDash for this location either, because the order will ALWAYS be wrong.
The only way to order is via their self serve panel. Difficult and time intensive. Then the order is merely placed on the counter without trays, so multiple trips needed to get out to your table. Semi-stale fries. If I ever go back, it will be drive thru only.
