Horrible experience every single time I go. They always leave something off my sandwich. Double cheeseburger is always missing either the onions or the pickles. I order a mcchicken, asked for cheese, got the cheese but wasn’t given the lettuce that comes with the sandwich. It’s ridiculous. I try to be respectful of the drive thru time but forget that. I’m going to have to check every single thing before pulling old because there hasn’t been one time where I’ve gotten everything I ordered for the right way.
Lilly and tiffany and Rickaya and the General manager are wonderful and always make sure the food is nice and hot and they are always doing their best, these guys need raises!! This is one of the best McDonald’s to go to if you’re hungry and want something quick fast and fresh this is the one to go to!!

They never pick up the phone. If you're thinking about working here as well, don't. I went for and interview and they said they didn't have time. They rescheduled my interview 3 whole times. They have cold fries. I wish I could put zero stars.
This location usually has friendly staff, unfortunately there are problems with the food almost every time:- ordered a big mac with no lettuce. has the tag on the box: no lettuce, it has lettuce.- change the oil for your fries once in awhile.- most times they don’t ask what kind of drink I want with my meal and just try to give me a coke.
Employees make their own schedule here. Sitting in line since 11:45pm, website says closes at 12. I had enough time to type this while sitting in line, not getting serviced. Thanks for wasting my time
Sat in line for 20 minutes to not move a single spot. This is by far the worse managed McDonalds in town. I hate that my kids love mcdonalds otherwise I would never go there again.

Not exactly a good experience here. I ordered in the mobile app while in the parking lot for curbside pickup. I waited about 13 minutes, nothing while I see many others in and out and drive through coming, going.I call about the order and get some attitude. I'm told the online/app ordering is acting up, wait a little bit. As initially they said after all this time they did not have my order. Anyways, eventually get the food and go home. There are no sauce packets for the many nuggets. Burgers were overcooked and borderline cold. Fries seemed old and not at all even mildly warm. I've been to many McDonald's before but this one was bad on a Tuesday night. I may come back, but not going out of my way to go here...Moreno avoid here.....
