Order two Medium pizzas through Door Dash. Both pizzas had long black hairs in them!!! Nasty!!! Tried to call store but they were closed. Received full refund from Door Dash. I will NEVER order from them again.
They brought me cold pizza then when I call management he wanted to go back & forth.Sir if it wasn’t for me being sick I would of took it back.. I wouldn’t be calling just to be calling. They will not get my service again ???
Been going here since it opened. Usually always good. Lots of options and fast service. Only complaint I have is that at times, the pizza isn't all the way cooked. Dough is still raw on some parts. I don't want to take it back since it'll take me 20 minutes to get there and probably another 20 to get a new one. I just go ahead and throw it inside my oven.
Just discovered Marcos Pizza and it had become our go to pizza place until recently. We usually get the Works on thin crust, add olives extra sauce. It sooo good. They do not skimp with the toppings here. Each pizza is loaded. We also always get a family size Greek salad. Its huge and so delicious. My only issue with them was the last time we ordered pick up, they said it would be ready by 6:45. I arrived at 6:55 and was told it wasnt ready yet. They were busy so not a problem. However after standing there for over 10 minutes, I asked a different guy if it was almost ready. He went to check, and found it sitting on the counter. It had been ready the whole time. He gave it to me with a shrug. No apologies. He started to walk off and I had to ask for my salad. Once again a silent hand off. I'll still come to Marco's but may e not quite as often. The customer service was definitely lacking.
On the evening of September 27th, 2021 we placed an order for pick up at 9:30 pm. The employee who claimed to be the “manager” Ryan, threw away our entire order before closing. We arrived At exactly 10 o’clock yet the doors were still open for entry and he still had other food on the counter. He refused to serve us or compensate us for anything. He claimed that he called us multiple times to try to reach us, but we never got 1 call from the store and showed him that. He still said nothing could be done and said “sorry” that was it. When asking for his name he was reluctant to give it to us and had to ask more than once. We’ve always ordered from this location however, after this incident we will not be returning.
