1hr wait on a Saturday (typical) when we got seated. Food was good, hot, steak was a little rare but everyone's preference is different. The main issue is the waitress was a bit pushy and came back too frequent; almost like she wanted to flip the table. However sitting down at 9pm the crowd size was already dwindling. Prices were average for a steakhouse.
Our server Amanda was so nice and helpful! She checked in on our table often and made sure we were enjoying everything (which we were!). Everything was delicious, and she went out of her way to make sure our service was great! 10/10, would recommend!
The waitress "Dominique" is the worse. She's not attentive at all. Goes off to get lost & rarely check on her tables. This is not the first time I've had her & it was the same exact way the last time as well when me & my family visited here. Spending right at $100.00 for me & my two children? You do expect better service. Food is always great, just need better waitresses!
The restaurant is nice and the staff helpful. We had to wait 30 minutes on a Sunday afternoon but it was worth it. Take note that your steak will be heavily peppered unless you ask them to prepare it differently.
The food was absolutely amazing. Great quality and cooked to perfection. We usually try to avoid chain restaurants since the pandemic hit because quality seems to be subpar but not here! Absolutely delicious and they even accommodated my special dietary requests. Service was outstanding as well. We will definitely be returning for another scrumptious meal very soon.
Good stuff. Surprisingly tasty for a chain restaurant. Staff were personable and fun. Despite the large crowd, we were able to get a quick seat at the bar.
My seven pepper salad was great my wife's salad was too only took 40 minutes to get them . This was at 2:00 in the afternoon restaurant was not busy.
They was slow at seating us, even though not many people was in the restaurant. The food was very good, the serivce was a little slack. This was our frist time at this restaurant, due to getting a gift card. Prices wasn't bad for lunch time, before 3. All 5 of us ate for less than 50 bucks. 2 adults 3 kids.
The servers that took care of us the past times we have gone...Aaron, Seth, and Mark have all been Awesome. The stuffed cheese mushrooms are to die for. Don't eat a lot of Steak, but definitely go there just for the Mushrooms. If you haven't tried them, and you love cheese and mushrooms... ORDER THEM !!!!
First time eating here. The steaks were great. Cooked to the way, we order them. The sever was excellent. Our drinks, never ran empty. She was excellent with our kids, and made them feel special.
