They close at 10pm. At 8:30pm they run out of frie chicken, no BBQ sauce, they only had chicken fingers. If they don't have enough products they need to close it.Bad experience.

Even though they were a few minutes from closing, Cashier Izayah prepared a large order for me, due to a sudden death in the family. He even gave me condolences. Thank you Mr. Izayah for your help and kindness!

Overall decent, yet i ordered popcorn chicken. Instead, i got a thigh? What?

Called to see what time they closed and the sweet girl got our order and had it waiting for us!! Been twice and excellent both times. TY

Every time I go to this location they mess my order up starting to make me feel they doing it on purpose.when I get to the window after ordering I repeatedly ask did you make sure my chicken is crispy ohh yea it just cam out the grease and guess what original. .I repeatedly say no to the .30 upgrade they do it anyway this location sucks .

Originally I posted "The line is always extremely long. I image the workers are overworked. Most of the time they're friendly, hence the 2 stars." I would have been 0 if google had if allowed. A few hours after eating the small portion of the food I began to experience symptoms of food poisoning.... hence the now 1 star.Let's just say it's been a rough night. If you look at the pic below, this is the thigh someone had the audacity to put in my 2 pc. It was dried out on one side, the other side had undercooked breading...it was weird The Chicken pot pie was so old the potatoes turned to mashed potatoes in the pie. I Called and advised of the quality of food and I was told to bring the food back. After I advised I couldn't come till tomorrow, Ms Shirley told me " Then bring the food back tomorrow and we'll replace it or give you a refund." As she was ending the call was I pointed out the fact that there was no apology or acknowledgment of my inconvenience. She proceeded by advising me twice that she was still listening to the complaint...Which was actually very short...I got extremely quiet as she was ending the call again. I then said" y'all hear thisYall are recording this right?" ... Out of fear that she was being recorded she then apologized... I wonder how many other customers got sick last night. I wonder if Ms Shirley even bothered to throw away the pot pies because they were old.

Worst place ever . The wait was so long and the person preparing the sandwich did not even change his gloves after he got back to the kitchen from outside .
