As I said on my other post this was a horrible experience looks like they fed a pigeon instead of chicken biscuits or hard and not buttery or was hard and dry. Maybe this is a PETA where they should go and check those companies they are sourcing the chicken from. We are not keen on eating baby “chickens”, if that’s what they were.
Chicken was pitiful... Ordered a leg and thigh dinner, leg looked like a drummet, and the thigh looked nasty...no meat on either piece...and very overcooked and dried out... Very disappointed to get this home... should have taken it back.
The worst place to order from got there to find 3 car in drive-thru and all the works standing around talking
They closed the dining room for placing orders and the drive thru is god awful. Insane wait times when there's only 4 cars in line. Chic fil a could have 30 cars in line and they would have your food sooner.
Only doing drive-thru right now, only one car ahead of me, no one behind: NOT busy. And still couldn't get the order right? Attention Christian [manager] if you got all the way home with your take-out dinner would you feel it's acceptable to go all the way back [15 mins] if your order was wrong? Absolutely not! With today's technology I could have been asked to email you a picture of my incorrect order ~but then that would have quickly proved how wrong you were. Where is actual customer service at these days? Treat your customers the way you'd like to be treated! I am going to hold my breath on that 'credit on your next visit' lol.
If I could give a Zero I would. I have tried to give KFC chance after chance but they never fail to deliver horrible service and food! Waiting in line today almost 40 minutes and requested cook to order food only to get home to old food that mostly had to be thrown out! I don’t understand how the wait is so long and still get old food! It’s unacceptable. I am not sure who owns or runs this location but you all need to do a reassessment of how good and service is being handled!!!
Why is their inside closed???? I know it's still COVID-19 but every other restaurant is open in the inside..they keep their drive thru line too long... I tried to open the door right now and it's locked at 6:50pm..I'm lost! The inside was opened a couple of weeks ago..they open and lock the inside when they feel like it i guess this is a down south thing
