Came to a JJ's for the first time in a decade, cuz I thought it'd be quick. Pretty dang slow. When I worked at a JJ's, we had sixteen seconds to make a sandwich, no hyperbole. Our boss would do random checks with a stopwatch, and we were always under.
Staff isn't so nice....no hair nets and no gloves.....health violation
Huge Jimmy John's fan and always will be. However, I think the Freaky Fast part is now false advertising. I'm not sure what's happened, but they seem to be consistently slower than usual lately.I recommend ordering about 10min ahead on the app if you're in a hurry.
We ordered from jimmy johns and was greeted at by the delivery driver..we paid online but was told by the driver it was an amount still due .. He could not explain the amount.. we called the store .. they could not explain the amount.. they called the manager who said they think it could be that something wasn’t covered.. because they could not explain the amount I asked then to remove the 4 dollar charge.. the bill was 26 dollars.. the manager still did not want to release the food . The wanted to work something out with the driver.. literally the worst service ever… terrible .. over 4 dollars that you couldn’t even explain.. I’ll never use this Jimmy Johns again..UpdateI was called by the Manager and the error was explained..it was an issue with their new sandwich .They we’re very nice and offered compensation..
They had one job, a single order. Everything but the drink was wrong.
VERY YUMMYYYYY!! I would definitely recommend this one because they have a drive thru too. Their workers are always so kind. I work in the area so this is a favorite spot of mine to go to on the regular
First time trying them. I really enjoyed the Turkey sandwich.
Had to go back for receipt. 2- #9 sandwiches had to be remade. Bad attitudes.
The gallaria store is off Sardis is amazing, amazing bread. As all the other one I love Jimmy John to be completely honest
The Concord Mills location must have changed management the last few times its been very slow in getting my order. Not so Freaky fast lately.
