Our experience today was wonderful! In the pandemic (& snow too), employees have been short. Today, Cody was working very hard all my himself and was doing a great job! He was careful and switched gloves when needed and followed every specific change we wanted on our subs. Shout to him for holding down the fort by himself! God bless you, Cody!
Very nice though new staff, but sandwich didn't taste the same as I've had from other locations.
Expensive and poor service.
God Awful service and careless employees who can’t read a simple sandwich order. Asked for a sandwich Turkey Ham and Cheese with no mayo or tomato, get the sandwich with mayo and tomato. Ask for a new sandwich and get another with tomato and mayo.
Closed on Sunday no one answered the phone Also says there open when there not
Consistently horribly service especially during lunch when the owners are there.
Workers too lazy to even put a to-go order in a bag.
I order from this store a lot and normally the whole process takes at most 30 min, that’s making it and delivering it, but today it took about 20 mins for them just to say they were on the way then it took around 40 mins for them to deliver it and my work is only 5 mins down the road. Then when I called to check on my order to make sure I didn’t mess up they were kind of rude to me on the phone and hung up on me and I only have a small amount of time to eat lunch. It may be a little while before I order from this store again.
Their drivers can’t drive
Left me waiting for over 2 hours. They messed up my sandwich and said they wpuld swap it out. The manager told me twice on the phone I would get a new sub. Then someone else calls to tell me they wouldnt do it. Im wating lunch now at 3pm. Thanks for nothing and still waiting on my refund.
