I have been visiting this location for a while now (I live closeby) and always had a good experience... until yesterday. I processed my order through the app as usual for curbside pickup (due to health restrictions I chose not to go into the location). Order was expected to be ready by 7:15PM, checked in and waited but nothing happened, so I called in at 7:45PM. They finally took the order to my car (no explanation or apology was given for the delay). After arriving at my house, I realized the order was also incomplete... two regular subs were purchased and only got one, the one my wife asked for. So on top of the wait I did not get my request fulfilled. Not happy about it, unfortunately!
This use to be one of the nicer stores. It has truly declined!! There was a young Caucasian women with pink hair.... her hair was in a messy bun with a lot of her hair hanging out.... that is not acceptable!! All it takes for one piece of hair to fall into someone’s food. There was a young man mopping while customers coming in.... it was 8:20 and you guys close at 9 PM. The mopping should have waited till closing. I had to walk super carefully to not fall. This same young man lacks Discernment. He was hovering over me while I was paying so that he could wipe off a counter.... again this could have waited!!! There were several employees with filthy shirts. The score said 99 for this store... i don’t trust it. I will not be coming back. The sad part is it’s in the Afton Ridge shopping center, so it should be better. I don’t know who the GM is or who is in charge of this store... but what I saw today is not acceptable. You’re loosing customers.
Love JM subs but this location under served! Placed a large call ahead order for soccer team - at pickup found it was incorrect. Waited 20 minutes for staff to fix it - once finished I was handed 3 large bags of unmarked subs with no idea if I received what I ordered. After questioning, I was told to unwrap each one to determine the type of sub. This is likely fine for a small order but not for 24+ subs. There was NO apology or ownership of actions, NO sense of urgency to correct my order and NO care to help me get what I needed. JM received the money they requested of me but I did not receive the quality of service I expected of them:-(REPOST: Management contacted me after reading review. Was very apologetic and made every effort to make amends for the occurrence. Many thanks to Carol for her understanding!
We went there tonight around 8:30 and a girl with long strawberry blonde hair helped us. You could tell she was annoyed we came in & I asked for my sun toasted. She forgot and when I told her again she said he could only do the top bun with a super snarky attitude. When we were leaving she immediately turned off the lights while we were still in the building. Although the food was great and the place was super clean Her terrible attitude completely ruined our experience.
The two subs we got had the least amount of meat on them that i’ve ever gotten at a Jersey Mike’s location.I thought I accidentally ordered from Subway. ?I hope this was a mistake and not a new cost-saving standard.
I normally love Jersey Mike's however I wasn't impressed with the sandwiches. The bread was soooo hard! The young men working there are top notch! Their customer service skills were on point. Clean. Organized . Good music.
Thanks to Laura and the entire team at Jersey Mike's Bayfield Parkway for helping us provide a holiday lunch for our Vet Clinic. Laura went out of her way to make this happen and as always the food was excellent! 1st class all the way!
Gross no masks as the line people spit all over the sandwich while making it and screamind across the counter to the costumer. I had to leave. Be ware when ordering online.
Visited this establishment 2 times and each time service was not great compared to the other locations I've been to. I asked for my bacon on my sandwich to be fresh. He said he can't make any more bacon after 730pm. So you can't place 2 pieces of bacon on a grill to put on a sandwich?!? It's not like I asked for a pan of bacon to be cooked. ? My 1st time coming here they ran out of bread. A sub place running out of bread. They had customers waiting 45 mins for orders because they had to make more. This will likely be my last time coming to this location.
The food is good, but it’s pointless to order online. This is my last time doing so. Placed the order 30 minutes ago, got here at the scheduled pick-up time and still waiting 20 minutes past it. There were two other people in here when I arrived. 7-10 other customers have come in and got their food and left. Again, the food is good, but absolutely a waste of time to place the order online if you’re hoping for a speedy pickup.
