Typical average jersey Mike's. They just open and were helpful.
Wow it has been a while since I have been to this JM, but what a change. All new and clean inside and very friendly staff. Will definitely be back more often.

I always have a great experience at Jersey Mike’s. However, the Concord Mills location is always a step above. Recently, I went there for my normal Big Kahuna Steak and Cheese, and was helped by a young man named Logan. He was extremely polite and helpful, and he even remembered my side of Red Pepper Relish when I forgot about it. My sandwich wouldn't have been the same without the Red Pepper Relish. Great job Logan.
OMG! The lady that made my sandwich needs a raise. I got my original sandwich, turkey sandwich with extra pickles, this lady took a handful of pickles and plopped it on my sandwich, then a guy came along and finished up my sandwich and he was going to put some more pickles on my sandwich, but we stopped him before he did. As a person who loves pickles, I have never had to stop somebody from putting pickles on my sandwich. I left that restaurant so excited to eat my sandwich. I got a piece of pickle every bite. The best sandwich ever?

Ordered a tuna in a tub and it was definietly not up to par. It had a little lettuce that was wivered up . Manager was not helpful with my order since I ordered through post mates she said she could not help me at all. It os unacceptable to let any food come out of your eatablishement looking the way my food did. The workers need training on how to prepare high dollar food !
