The food was fresh and delicious. The salad bar had more than enough items to choose from. The restaurant was clean and welcoming. And the staff was the best part! Everyone was friendly and polite. Daniel, at the register, was kind and helpful. He made a few recommendations and he was exactly right… we loved everything we ordered. What a great experience. People like Daniel, and food this fresh and tasty, makes this place worth every penny! Thank you for a great night out!
My kids and I normally enjoy Jason’s Deli, but this location left a bit to be desired. We ordered for the 3 of us and as I sat down I remarked that the total seemed high. I checked my receipt and had been charged for 4 meals. They’d already begun filling the order so I instructed them that we would take one meal to-go as not to waste food. When our meals arrived at the table there were no pickles, and when I checked the to-go meal when we got home (the bag was stapled shut), the accompanying sauce and pickle were missing. Maybe it was just the staff having a bad day, but our visit left me lighter in the wallet than I intended and we didn’t get everything.
I had a really great experience the first time I came here; the second time, not as much. I'll keep it at 4 stars because I know these things happen. However, there definitely were some training opportunities. I came in at 5:45 pm (ish) on May 4th and the young man working the counter was less than professional. He barely gave me 2 words and didn't not seem to want to be working. I ordered my sandwich and was not asked what kind of bread I wanted nor what side I wanted. I didn't think to ask because I have only ever ordered online and the lack of friendliness threw me off so much that I just couldn't think straight. Like I said before, these things happen and I see it as a training opportunity for possibly newer staff. On that note, the man whom I assume was the manager was super friendly when bringing our food to the table. I will definitely be back and hopefully will be greeted better and have a better experience.
Everything on salad bar was clean and fresh. Tasty salad, mini gingerbread muffins, soft serve icecream, sandwiches, and soups. $8.29 for ONE trip to salad bar.
Stopped by earlier and food was good, but shocked over the service my family received. The lady who brought us our food seemed to have been preoccupied with an attitude and rolled her eyes when giving us our food. Though I did not see her name, she was a shorter, older Hispanic woman with a gray shirt. As a loyal, paying customer I should not have to feel like an inconvenience to a dreadful employee. We were not checked up on after that. This is a shame as we travel a good bit to get to this location as the one closer to home always messed our order up. Overall, a very unpleasant experience and I’m unsure we will be returning.
I can see why people like this place so much. A great place to meet up with people or just hang out. I'm sure it'd be ideal for meetings and the like. The food is rather basic but it certainly carries a sophisticated air about it. While I only had a sandwich during my visit, I was rather impressed by the selection in their salad bar. Also, they have an unlimited ice cream machine available which immediately bumps my impressions a whole star. Great place overall.
First time, but definitely not my last! I had the manager's special-half sandwich and a side. Ordered the Reuben and tomato basil soup. I have never seen so much meat on a sandwich! It was delicious as was the soup.
The food was great. I have not been here since before covid-19. I am glad that they have the salad bar open.
Surf and turf for dinner. Big Texas spud and spicy seafood gumbo. Literally the biggest potato I have ever seen in my life. Filled with brisket and cheese. Would not have ordered the soup if I knew it was so big.
This is a great place to eat if you are dieting. Quality food and ingredients. The interactive nutrition labeling on the website GREAT! Not many places to eat out at when trying to lead a healthy lifestyle.
