I will not go to this one again. I'm surprised it's still open. The coconut was very hard. The granola was stale. The bananas were not ripped. The blueberries were frozen. The acai was runny. My acai primo bowl was terrible. The cashier was nice though...

I visited this place on Tuesday 5/11 around 6pm to order a smoothie. Both the employees are very rude I never going to this place again.
My sister and I arrive a little after 6pm to order a bowl and the rude blonde haired employee named R. Rhodes (name on receipt) immediately says I can't make the bowls, only smoothies. If you can make smoothies, you could make the bowl. We decided to get a pretzel and she balls up my sister's receipt instead of handing out too her. Bad customer service. I will not come back

Acai bowl was missing sstrawberries and blueberries. The granola is stale AF. Smoothie is wrong flavor and runny.
Did not know jamba had open in concord mills since the one in University closed. Will have to come to this one to redeem my bday rewards. Hopefully the service will be ok
