Wow worked here 6yrs 2000~2006. Very sad reading these comments, we had an awesome restaurant back then.Must say WAY TO GO RAY!!! You were always a wonderful employee, glad to see you still there.. Do miss the Sourdough Jack and the Oreo shake!!Was very disappointed reading what the officer said. Absolutely disgusting and HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service, the spicy chicken sandwich was BURNT and very old, and the churros I ordered were also very old and hard as rocks and I k ow it’s fast food which normally I wouldn’t care but the drive thru lady that took the orders was an absolute monster, extremely disrespectful extremely rude and when I asked her nicely to change the churros she very rudely argued with me that it was because I let them get cold ( I’m Latin I know how churros are supposed to be) and then gave me a snobby look and said “ we’ll throw them away” turned her back on me and walked away from the counter, if this is the type of ppl jack n the box hires I suggest you get your food anywhere else, even QT food and service is better than that horrid place
From NJ here visiting family and since we have NO Jack in the Box's up there, this is always a dinner spot. We were greeting walking in and gave our order. I always get a Sourdough Jack Combo, LARGE curly Jack Fries and yes 2 Tacos! Also a JUMBO JACK for later. And can't forget my new JACK ANTENNA BALL! Thanks everyone at the Concord store!
I drove to this location specifically closest to my home. I work nights at the local Police Department and went out my way to dine here. I get there no one comes on the drive thru speaker I said Hello only to get told to hold not asked if I minded waiting ok fine. I wait ten more minutes after now four cars has gotten behind me I say hello again only to be rudely told to hold on. I said I've been in this drive thru 15-20minutes already how long do you expect me to hold on. She replies well drive off! I said no I waited twenty minutes I have my kids I've earned for you take my order! Silence and I wait another five minutes after taking my order I get to the window no sorry for your wait nothing! Miranda was very rude for no reason and then I get home and my order was wrong! I didn't even get what I came to get Very disappointed. I call to complain to the manager and they tell me we are busy right now! I will definitely be making the recommendation to our Chief of Police that we no longer patron this business! Poor SERVICE for no reason at all!! I ordered eggrolls and loaded tacos got neither on top of that!! My order was wrong I got a box full of nuggets instead of egg rolls and my nachos weren't loaded
Ray was very pleasant even though he was extremely busy. Thank you for being on point. The food was hot and fresh just like Jack use to be.Shelia P.
Food wasn't hot, but came out fast...drinks seemed as if they had been sitting cause ice was almost all the way melted, gave us tea instead of asking if we wanted tea ? when I told them the fries were dark brown and tasted of old greese, also were supossed to be curly cheese fries...the lady said...well I didn't take your order...when I was given my right fries...I had to ask them for straws, napkins and ketchup, the lady rolled her eyes, handed me the bag and shut window!!Very not satisfied...burger was pretty good, new cheese fries were hot and good, although all cheese was to one side and microwaved melted lice cheese ? ? over all give them a 1, just because they looked clean and line wasn't backed up, however I guess thats the reason why not packed!

We stayed at Great Wolf Lodge and were so excited to see a Jack in the box! We had a group of 7 and didn't want to go through drive thru but the lobby was closed. Our total was $70 and the crew was super pleasant despite our tedious order. Not once did they make it seem like we incovienced them . Great job!
Burger was good. Fries were ok. But that shake, oh yea, thats what got me lol. Only mistake was not getting 2 shakes for myself. Lol. I know not the healthiest but they taste soooooo good. To my defense, it was a hot day?
Has gone downhill. Slow moving lines, cold food, pathetic employees. 1 star is too good for them. Maybe if they received a lot of training and a severe attitude adjustment they could rise to the level of incredibly bad
