Let's just say that the kitchen was not in their game when we visited. From order to delivery of our food while dining in was a 40 minute wait. The staff did keep checking on us but for the price we paid it should have been better.
Great service and even better food. Definately a favorite of mine and will come back. Keep up the great work!
told 30 min wait and it was an hour. took forever for food and then food was cold. then had to wait for silverware. terrible

Worst Hooters I’ve been in. The restaurant was less than 1/3 filled and I was told it would be a hour wait. That was after waiting 15 mins for a hostess to come take our name.
We have ordered wings from this Hooters many times before. But Sunday we were very disappointed. The teriyaki wings had very little flavor and the mild hot wings had no flavor as far as hot wing taste. The wings themselves were what the poultry business would call miss cuts. They looked as though a child had cut them up. Over all we were very disappointed.
The food was absolutely not good or worth the money.My fiance got chicken tenders and they were flimsy and chewy. I got the boneless wings and they seemed to be the same chicken tender quality, but cut up to bite size pieces. We also had to wait 20 minutes for our waitress to ask for our drinks. I actually had to go to the hostess due to lack of communication.Here's the bad part: The waitress billed up the wrong tab, which was 10 dollars more expensive than our original tab. I addressed it, then instead of refunding the difference, the waitress instead charged on top of what was incorrect, the difference of the bills instead of refunding. So, our original bill was $39 dollars but got charged 52 instead. GM said he fixed it but a week later no change.I do NOT encourage anybody to eat at this Hooters.
I had Hannah as my server great girl! Very attentive sweet and great conversation. Our wings were cold but she took care of us and got us a replacement ASAP. Sweetest girl great customer service.
Mannn yesterday was my very first time eating , i had ordered a Buffalo platter & I think they were boneless wings, they were so hard and burned, . My platter just didn't taste good at all, However the Chipotle flappers I ordered tasted pretty good! Maybe next time it will be on point idk. ? customer service was polite,
The bartender Kiki was a not great. She spent way too much time disrespecting the kitchen staff then making good drinks. Our pretzel cheese was warm but I wanted it hot. The bowl it comes in could make you believe it was hot all the way through when it wasn't. She flipped on them and made it seem like it was on our behalf. I would never talk to anyone like that. She she be reprimanded and retrained. The tropical long island tastes like kool aid. I ended up having a dark hooters brand rum and ginger at the suggestion of the on duty manager. It was decent. Unfortunately, because of the season, they were out of a lot of things. So we had shrimp and chicken wings, hard to screw up.
