it was the second time weâve visited and we had a wonderful time! great and friendly staff, delicious food, and we love the live music. thanks for a great time, weâll be back for sure!

We are locals, and our reservation was ready when we arrived on time, we each enjoyed a cocktail, and a seafood meal that was delicious. Our tuna appetizer came AFTER our food, and was undercooked. The dessert and appetizer menu need to add more gluten free options, please. We also thought the dessert menu seemed overpriced, even in todays inflation. A good experience and weâll go back again.
All the food was delicious. We had the appetizer that gives you a selection of everything which was great to try. The waitress gave suggestions and the mojitos were on special and delicious!
It was our first visit, because we live 1½ hours away. We love cuban food, so we expected great food. We were not disappointed at all. We enjoyed the restaurant, service & especially the food. We will be visiting again in the future.
What an Amazing place, from hospitality to presentation. They serve a decent portion and everything we ordered was on point, not to mention the drinks were great. The owner greeted us from the very beginning and towards the end, what a lovely person, being that I'm from Miami, I've been to some great cuban restaurants but this place surpasses many of the ones I've been too. The food and service is simply phonemonel. My family and I look forward to going back, what a great experience we had.
Phenomenal food and drinks, great atmosphere, live music was fantastic. The air conditioning was broken but made it feel like we had traveled to Cuba for the evening. Overall we loved this place and even went two nights in a row. I would recommend trying it and the next time I am in the area I will surely be going back!!
This was the first time here for me, my wife and our 2 friends that joined us. I took my wife here for her birthday and I have to say that we were extremely pleased by not only the food, music, atmosphere, but our waitress, Michelle was one of the most attentive people I have ever had the pleasure of encountering. She made sure that our table was satisfied to the fullest from the food, our regular drinks and of course our alcoholic ones as well. She was such a pleasure. My wife and I hope that we get her again. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves really good food, music and a pleasant atmosphere all around. As you can see...our tab was a little high but so well worth it and she earned every bit of her tip.
In town for the weekend and wanted to try something local. Food and service were great. Love Cuban food and they didn't disappoint!!!
Most likely the best place in Carolina Beach. Let me be clear, I am not a fan of this area. Booked a week long stay but checking out after one night. Low budget crowd for sure. From the carnies (amusement park folks) to the smell of weed wafting thru the air, just not a pleasant place I’d choose to spend my time. Anyhow, restaurant had a two hour wait, but there were two barstools open so we sat right away. We started with their Cajun shrimp. Moist and Smokey flavors with a bit of spice. Really great. I had shrimp and grits and husband enjoyed the seared tuna. Both meals exceeded our expectations. Service at the bar was impeccable and new sweetheart of a barkeep from West Virginia was excellent. Five out of five stars for the staff. A great dinner despite the low brow area. Wonderful place. We will not be coming back to the area but definitely recommend this little gem.
