So I called to place a pick up order like I have plenty of times..Girl says we can't find your # on file so u gta pay upfront before I take the order ..uhm well I don't have my card with me but my # has been the exact same for 13yrs..well sorry you gotta come in to place the order!!! Clearly the whole reason I called ahead so I didn't have to sit there 30mins & wait!!..then I get a cheesesteak.. I said no lettuce,no tomatoes, no onions..oh ok that's simple.. so I asked for a tiny cup of pizza sauce instead& said I have to charge you almost a dollar...smdh.. thats my last trip there!! I get it stuff isn't cheap or free but in this instance an acception could've been ok..However the food was still fine..minus the fact I barely seen any sausage on the pie!!!

Ordered here for the first time tonightThe pepperoni pizza had 3 small pieces of pepperoni on each slice, cheese tasted old. The chicken Alfredo was very dry. The eggplant parmesan was good but sauce was so skimpy we didn't eat the pasta. I was very disappointed as I was feeding company. It seems they are cutting costs and the products suffer. Let me preface this review by saying this used to be one of my favorite Italian restaurants. I was around when it first opened and not only was the food excellent but the customer service was as well. Family establishment with great food and kind people. Tonight I tried to order food for my family to pick up and while doing so I was asked for my phone number (per usual) as it has not changed. I had the specific individual I was speaking to tell me that I gave two numbers (which I did not) and be so beyond rude that they have more than likely lost business from us for good. We didn’t want to give up on this establishment because it is somewhere we have always loved. I understand a pandemic is happening. I understand that they are more than likely understaffed. That, however, is absolutely no excuse to talk to a customer on the phone who usually spends around at least $50 to $70 each time they order the way they did. Melissa and Bailey in particular were the problem. I am not the only person who has complained about customer service there recently. To sum this up? They lost loyal customers and have nobody to blame but themselves.

The other day brought myself the giovannis Stromboli it wasn’t good at all… the ingredients that were inside of the Stromboli tasted like they were recently pulled out of the freezer and then thrown inside the Stromboli to serve. Everything tasted like it was COLD right before serving… I don’t recommend this place to anyone … been a concord native my whole life disappointed in the food. Main st pizza will be a better choice for you guys !!!

Called at 8 to order and told us we had to come and order. Their time closes at 9pm. We show up at 8:20 and said they couldnt take our order when they close at 9. Then kept denying us when we said we just called and was told to come in. Whole store is unprofessional and lazy. Or they should change their closing time to 8 if they want to act thst way

They are very friendly and the food is outstanding! The cheese steaks are like I used to get in Baltimore. Excellent!

Coming from Long island, NY I have high standards for my Pizza. After trying a few of the local spots including a place called New York Pizza (which wasn't even close to being) We tried Giovanni's and I was pleasantly surprised. With a great flavor profile and a thinner crust (with a great underside and very little flop) this became our go to. The Sicilian is also really good and it's all about the sauce....their sauce is more than worthy of New York Pizza.... Can't go wrong here, the best around!!

Order food on door dash, order was confirmed. App told me 30 minutes, after 25 my order was canceled. Kids waiting for pizza and now we have to wait another 40 mins. Absolutely the worst.

Maybe get new folks to pick up the phone. Called to place an order and hung up on someone named Katie because her attitude SUCKED. Would have otherwise gained a new customer. Instead the person who picked up the phone put a horrible taste in my mouth. Maybe put Katie in the back of the house where she doesn’t have to deal with customers.
