The young girl at the drive thru yesterday afternoon 4/30… she was very very rude, she had an attitude and I was only in the drive thru for 1 minute before I told her I would not going to order here. She was condescending, I let her know she was disrespectful. I will not be coming back here. I encourage this business to train their employees on polite customer service, and train them to be more respectful.
Took my two teenage, burger aficionado, boys. They declared these burgers as some of the best in the area. Big variety of sandwich options, burgers, dogs, Phillies, clubs. I'll be back to try more. Service was good, friendly and fast. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, lots of take out happening while I was there.
We ate there today and the food was delicious. I had the Philly steak and mike ate the cheeseburger. I would recommend this place for fresh fast food.
Awful. I got home with my to go box and found a small dead roach that had been smashed under my burger. I called to request a refund and was told I had to come into the store to get a refund, they would not do it over the phone.
I pulled my to-go box from the bag, opened it, began to unwrap my burger and found a smashed roach underneath it. I called to simply get a refund and was told I must come into the store; they do not do refunds over the phone. I even offered pictures of my reciept and food but they wouldn't refund my money over the phone.
Ordered a 1/3 pound cheeseburger with fries and it was great! The food came out really quickly and was very tasty. Their food is fresh and the prices are as cheap as fast food so I would recommend for a quick bite. I will be going back to try some of their other menu items.
The food used to be the best when I first moved here to concord. Over the past couple of months it has changed my family and I mind. The food is sloppy most of the time now. Hopefully it changes back to what it used to be. :(
Went here with a friend today. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak w fries, 6 wings & a footling w chili and coleslaw. The cheesesteak had no seasoning on the meat. The wings had no taste. And the hotdog look like it was thrown together. The fries weren’t even all that good either. First & last visit to this place. Also the lady who rung us up had the nastiest look on her face. Her attitude was horrible. I don’t recommend & I will not be visiting this place again.
