We don't usually have any issues at Five Guys. I really want everyone to know that except for the night we went last week it's always been great foo and service. This is the reason why I have added 3 stars.I just hope that Five Guys can chat with their personnelle for this one instance last week Wednesday night. My husband insisted on going there for supper. I wanted to go but thought there would be nothing I could order as I follow my health food program. When we arrived, my husband ordered his food, then I ordered a BLT sandwich that would be the one and only item I could order to follow my program in the closest way possible. I asked the guy at the front what would be on it, and then I asked that they don't include mayo. He then said, you now there's alot of bacon on this. No problem! When the food was ready and we were excited to eat, i opened my sandwich wrap, removed the bun and began by eating the tomatoes and lettuce after removing the bun. But, when I went to pick up a piece of bacon, I thought how odd it was that the bacon was cold. I placed my hand over the small mound of bacon and the whole amount of it was freezing cold. It ruined my appetite. This is a one-off issue for us. We don't normally have any issues here. I just hope someone from Five Guys will read this for future customers.
The staff here is impeccable!!! Very good energy. This was my son's birthday and this was his dining choice. Neither of us had been there before so we were excited. The excitement was well deserved. I am more of an Onion Ring Girl, but, the fries were hot and fresh!!! I prefer my fries crispy but I enjoyed them. The burger was well made and delicious. Unfortunately I should have opted for a "Little" because it was too much burger for me...lol, but I am definitely going back!!! Worth the money ?
Google maps showed they opened at 10am. The door was unlocked at 10:50 so we walked in to be told "we arent open" in a not so professional tone. We waited outside for them to open and when we went to order we were not greeted or asked what how they could help us. So I asked her was she ready and she rolled her eyes and said yes. Im not used to this level of service at a Five Guys restaurant, it was very disappointing. The young lady appeared to be a member of management but she didnt act like it. Im glad this is not my regular Five Guys restaurant because I would have to stop going there.
Quick service and tasty food. Exactly what I expected for a quick takeout meal while on the road.
quick courteous really good food
Just paid $50 to feed my family to receive a literal pile of onions with a little soggy burger plopped on top. The standard of what is even presentable food to give to a customer in this area is just so low and this place sits right at the bottom. Just grill one yourself and pass on this horrible establishment.
Got 3 large fries to go only checked the bag at home. Usually at all five guys locations large fries is a full cup and some extra fries. I got 3 cups of fries, none was full
Another 5 Guys meal that was on point. I've eaten at 8 or 9 locations in at least 4 states. It's always the same. Great food that is served fresh and fast. The cashier today was patient and took time to make sure and get things correct when my elderly parents were ordering.
Makes no sense that the close of business hours is 10pm but at 9pm they put a sign on the door that says “No more walk-ins sorry for inconvenience” written on a piece of paper. Is that protocol to close down an hour before? I can understand 15 min prior to or maybe even 30 but an hour before makes no sense at all
Friendly staff & hot fries. My only criticism is that my blt had very little lettuce and the bacon was cool so I would've loved for some part of my sandwich to be warm.
