Poor service. Could not make an order correctly. They are subs how hard is it? Also for the money there are many better alternatives. Jersey Mikes is much better.
The sub was good but I went in a couple minutes before closing.. not right at closing but about 10 or 15 minutes before closing. It was so awkward and you just felt the unfriendliness and non-customer serviceness.... I was waiting on my sounds to be made and it was just weird and awkward I tell all these people that do these customer service jobs if you don't like your job find another one it's so many jobs that need employees and are having employee shortages but you don't want to come to work and do your job at work. I know if I don't like a job I'm getting the hell out of there. It's just terrible you got to spend your money somewhere where you can't even get good service but they expect for you to spend your money yeah won't go back there I have a firehouse by my house even though they have attitudes today a little bit more friendly because they realize they are at work
The service was fast and friendly .every year Firehouse gives me a free sub for my birthday I went in yesterday to get my sub

Placed an order for pick up at 3:45. When I Arrived at this location at 3:50 I was told that sandwiches have not even began to be made and they would now begin making them. What’s the point of ordering online if they aren’t ready when you arrive to pick them up????
Service was bad, I mean pretty bad... this us the first firehouse location where tables are dirty, restroom is dirty, ladies on the counter weren't so interested on giving good service or providing help.... Sorry but if the restaurant is like that I don't even want to think how did they prepare my food...

Have only been to the concord location a few times, the one off of independence Blvd is 100 times better. The concord location has employees that are rude and clearly do not care about any of the customers. I do not recommend this location and will be sure anyone that I work with down the street knows not to come here.
