Ok, so I’ll give 2 stars because the employees did try their best. But as I watched and waited for 40 minutes for one medium meatball, something became very clear…they were not skilled with crisis management. Employees became flustered and this unfortunately left me and other customers with sandwiches that were not Firehouse quality. Mine wasn’t even put in a bag for my to go order. This Firehouse location needs to go through some basics. Food prep, organization, work flow. Things go wrong all the time and employees have to be able to handle it better than they did on this day.
I would 1st like to say, I LOVE Firehouse. So. It was highly disappointing when I visited a location I had not been to before. It took 30 min to get 3 subs (2 engineers & 1 meatball). There were no customers waiting. The meatball fell apart. Too much sauce. Meat not good. Why ask if we want the pickle if you're not going to give it. Someone got there after us. Got their food before us. In essence. I'd recommend not visiting this location.
The only one that has the most employees and can't get a sandwich out to save the live. Three customers. Four employees and zero Sandwichs coming out. It's wild. Online order 20 mins. One not hot sandwich.
I had ordered two sandwiches and waited about 20 minutes. As i’m waiting on my sandwiches, there was a younger gentleman pulling down his mask to spit in the trash can then processed to make sandwiches with the same gloves. If I haven't already placed my order and waited I would have left. The people in front of me had a hair in their sandwich and it was wrong.
Went there this morning ended up waiting 40 mins for 2 cold sandwiches. Will never go back.
55 mins is what I waited for a medium sandwich! They then proceeded to lie and say my order had been waiting on a rack to be picked up! Thankfully my dasher had proof that she waited over 30 mins for my order! Ridiculous! It’s one thing to be behind but to lie & try to blame an innocent person for your issue is uncalled for
The store was clean and orderly. The meals we had were great! Friendly and helpful staff.

I eat here a couple times a month, usually a mobile order to go. My order is always right and yummy. Staff is super friendly and always greets me and wishes me a good day.
It was clear to me that every employee in this place has covid or some other flu-like symptom. No mouths were covered, no masks were worn as they took your order or prepared food. As it turns out, I had symptoms days later and finally Omicron.
