I always receive quick and friendly service at this Dunkin Donuts and it has comfortable seating while I wait for my order. This particular location is convenient to nearby shopping areas and is nicely maintained with adequate parking. I love their coffee drinks and donuts, even though my favorite donuts are not always available, which is a bummer, and why I took off one star.
Ordered a black cold brew with one turbo shot. Took a sip and it was so sweet so I dumped out the top of brown sugar sprinkled in. Realized the label says cold foam. I am allergic to dairy. I tried to call and nobody answered. I have two little kids in the car so I had to take the loss but I am MAD
The best Dunkin’ Donuts in Cabarras County by far!! The customer service and attention to detail at this Dunkin’ Donuts was commendable and greatly appreciate it! I had an issue with very old stale donuts from the Concord location on 29 (they suck btw)and this location to care of me right away!
Great place and great staff. Orders are always quick and correct, what more could you ask for?
Just became violently ill (in my guts), after getting an ice coffee, and donut from this place. I had to cancel my whole day ...I was in the middle of business, then barely 'made it', home. Obviously there's some kind of contamination, somewhere. ?Not going back.
Waited in line for 20 minutes behind four cars only to pay $12 for two bowls that were actually in tiny cups halfway full.
Extremely slow drive through. Waited 25 min for a sausage egg and cheese. 3 different people came up to me at the window and told me the wrong order. Do not come here if you are in a rush, extremely disorganized location.
I'm not sure why the powdered munchkins are a bit crunchy.....and a hint of scorch taste..... just the first experience.... not sure if there is going to be a second....
Great services. Loved the latte, not too sweet. The bagel minis are pretty good, especially for the price.
Unfortunately I’ve seen and dealt with two sanitary instances at this location. First a hair in the lid of my drink and then I watched from the drive thru how nasty and unsanitary some of the workers were being. One ran his hands through his hair, put on a glove, and then proceeded to deal with food. Another employee poured milk into a caramel and shook it to avoid simply opening another one goes over to my drink stirs it with her hands all on top of my cup, goes back to the other order finishes scratches her arm, wipes her hands on her apron then picks up her phone. Smh of course management walking around looking crazy. This location is convenient but I’ll pass
