I and others who I know - not to mention reading posts here from folks I don’t know - have had too many bad experiences at this location. A location such as this; serving the area neighborhoods and surrounding businesses/communities deserves a better franchisee to run this Dunkin Donuts.I went to the drive-thru at 7:56 PM to order a cup of coffee; the worker over the drive-thru mic said “we are close to closing up and I can’t take your order”. Can’t take my order because “close to” closing? Ridiculous.Mark my words; I am going to call Corporate about this location. You need to run a tighter ship fitting of a DD franchise and that is more deserving for serving the area’s clientele.

I got 2 drinks i placed one in order and got one when i pulled up to drive through the drink i got wasnt made right and the vanilla bean coolata i got was runny and they didnt give me napkins or ketchup for my hashbrowns so as an ex dunkin worker this was a terrible experience

Stopped by at 7:10 before work, knowing their hours are 6am-8pm. However when I went to go inside the door was locked. Cashier indicated to go through drive thru. There was no sign on the door stating inside dining was closed. Ended up leaving as I did not have the time to do the drive thru. Super disappointing, and won’t be going back to this location due to their poor communication.

It's hard to enjoy your favorite coffee shop when the inside is closed and your work vehicle does not fit through the drive thru. We were told by one employee we could come inside to order but had to leave due to work and advised we would come back. We came back to have a different employee look at us like we had 3 heads when we asked to order inside. Closing the inside causes issues for EMS, Fire Fighters, FedEx, Amazon, UPS, truckers, and any additional careers that drive large vehicles.

This location did not participate in the promotion for teachers in October. I went and was disappointed to find this out, because other locations were participating and I missed out that day. My drink was also made wrong, with extra pumps of things I didn't order which made it more expensive than it should have been, and when I asked for it to be made again, they almost made it wrong a second time. I have not had this problem at other locations.

Watch out for the manager. She clearly hates her job and takes it out in the customers. If there are any issues it won’t be her problem - it’ll be your fault. I’ve never been treated so rudely. Will not be returning.

Convo as follows "Could wepleae please get a dozen chocolate donuts?" "We don't have enough for that."..."OK what about half a dozen?"..."nuuh."..."OK show many do you have?" "Wehav4..sorry three left." "OK well we will takethose please." We get to the window and they don't know what we ordered other than three donuts. Classy.

Doesn't pay enough for people to want to work there, dining room is currently closed due to low staff because they don't pay enough, line is always backed up around the corner when the area is not built for traffic.

Never been disrespected and dissatisfied in my life. The people that work there are so rude and I will never give them my business.

I’m sure this is not the only establishment that lacks the integrity in there work. I was there and one employee needed to fill 2 dozen donuts and a 50 count munchkins, I also ordered two sandwiches. He kept taking other orders (3) and not completing my order, then I finally went up to him to asking about the sandwiches, he went to look for them and they were at the drive thru window. Please show your employees to be aware of what they should be doing instead of just doing things in the wrong order. Put some effort in showing how customer service works instead of just letting them learn on there own. Also, saying “CHRIST” in a way of frustration to a customer is NOT a way to treat customers. To the employee I’m taking about, I really do hope you learn how to more appreciative of serving and not just a paycheck. Lots of companies lack this and there’s no excuse for it. Thanks.
