Would go here to buy coffee every single morning before work, for the past year. Yeah, over $100 a month in Dunkin coffee. 05/21/2022, woman working the window wants to have an attitude because she has to make a 25 second coffee at 6:00 a.m. This is the first time ever that an employee anywhere made me feel so uncomfortable that I don’t wanna go back. Switching to Starbucks.
one of the worst locations around. The lady taking the order talks so fast and is rude. I pull up to the window and she goes "You can pull up once the car ahead of you leaves." okay, so they dont have their time running up. i sit there to wait for the car and then she goes, "you can pull up now." and stands there waiting for me to pull up. Not only was she rude, but this place uses less ingredients, all the other places load up my avacado toast and they put exaxtly 4 pieces. Completely not worth the up charge. Never going here again.
Normally a good experience. Today for some reason the drive thru line was very slow. The bagel is dry, the hashbrowns were burnt and had a weird taste. The coffee was good though.
If we're taking refills let's do it CONSISTENTLY I come EVERYDAY and have a refill cup! Most days you refuse to take it due to covid and then when I don't have it it's an issue. LIKE HEEELLLLOOOO
I don't like leaving bad reviews but after visiting a few times, I'm giving up on this location Dunkin Donuts. Getting the order right is hit or miss. But this time was over the top. I ordered 3 items - 2 were wrong and the other made poorly. The hot lattes here have been slightly below room temperature a few times and this latest one still has milk that was cold. And that was on the item that they didn't get wrong. I can sort-of understand if they are moving at warp speed, but the drive-thru was moving kind of slowly.
Awful service after sitting in line for 10 minutes pulled up to window and sat there and did not get acknowledged until I started beeping my horn after 5 minutes place must be clean as i sat there being ignored by 5 people in there i watched them stack coffee lids pick up stuff off the floor talk to each other and then got the window closed in my face when someone finally with a nasty attitude came to window if i could get my order. NEEDLESS TO SAY i drove off and will go somewhere else from now on would have called and complained but the manager was one of the people ignoring me
My husband and I have waited almost 40 minutes for coffee and a couple donuts. This is unacceptable and ridiculous. And they refused to warm up my coffee roll. The coffee is already made… what is the hold up? Won’t be coming here EVER again
Don't go to this location. Save your time and your money.Every time I go to this location, I am always met with rude cashier's, and a long wait time even if there is no one at the location. Every time I order, they forget to give me half my order or even more at times. I have been double charged and told they cant refund me. They tried to cheat me out of doughnuts I had ordered and paid for by giving me little tiny doughnut holes instead. This location is disorganized a d just ridiculous.
Don't even bother stopping here unless you have 45minutes to wait for coffee. It's been this way for at least 3months AFTER the drcided to not open their lobby. VERY disappointing. These locations are supposed to be convenience and quick coffee for the busy, working person. NO working person has 45minutes to just waste sitting in a line for a cup of coffee. Location is nothing more than a landmark at this point.
