1st lady was rude no menus you have to tell her what you want waited 1/2 hour for simple order ordered pork fried rice sad to say but it wasn't fried rice plain yellow rice just nasty plain rice everything we ordered was just horrible usually you food order or you walk in you smell the food cooking nope and everything was cold like pre-made anyway I do not recommend this place at all horrible horrible

Good food. Reasonable prices
General Tso’s is covered in sweet and sour sauce. Sesame Chicken is in sweet and sour sauce. The fried rice is steamed with yellow food coloring. The spring roll is a thick egg roll without meat instead of the light pastry. I love Chinese take out. This was my first try of dragon palace. I am so bummed. It is the worst Chinese take out I’ve ever had……. Sorry guys, it was bad. Do better.
Decent prices. Good quality. Large portions. Humble and hard working staff. The people who rated the customer service as poor have tiny brains and aren't sensitive to cultural differences. Yeah...I said it!

I go here once or twice a month for lunch. Good food and huge portions for less than $5. It's nice to take a little walk in the Memorial Garden nearby while waiting on your order.

Was there for lunch and had sweet-and-sour chicken combination and plain lo mein. The total was only $10.20 which is fairly priced.I’m not big into reviews or talking up a place but the food was amazing and fresh. The lo mein was some of the best lo mein that I’ve had in Concord /Kannapolis area. Sweet-and-sour chicken was perfect and the fried rice was very good. They also had a sanitation rating of 95 which is a great score! Two thumbs up to you guys it’s hard to find good takeout these days.
