Been ordering delivery from this Domino's for a few years and now it's mainly the only place I order from for pizza etc. Maged is an excellent manager and goes above and beyond to fix the VERY FEW issues we've had. Usually everything is perfect hot and quick. If you, like me, have had it with delivery and used to hate Domino's, try the church street one in Concord. (In the evening and night is when I order )
Pizza was HARD. bread knots HARD. ROUGH. everything COLD. soda WARM. pizza WASNT CUT. taste like cardboard. but still gone eat it.
Took over an hour from ordering to receive the pizza. I called and they said he was “around the corner”. Waited another 15 minutes and called again and he’s still 25 min away. Will not be ordering again
Absolute last time ordering from this location after 9 years, dozens of issues with wrong orders, not giving me items I paid extra for, refusing to deliver forgotten items and this is my absolute last time chewing meat as a vegetarian when clearly I didn’t order it. This shop is careless and this is not even the first time that sausage or ham or whatever has been under my vegetable toppings. A solid disrespect to any customer who may have food allergies even if you don’t respect plant-based or non-meat eating individuals. But also how sloppy must it be in the prep station for this to be a common issue at this location? I’m highly disappointed that a place I’ve used and at times enjoyed is a place I will now continually advise to beware of to my guests and anyone who will hear. This Domino’s does not care about honoring their customer’s WRITTEN/DIGITAL or verbal order. I wouldn’t even take a free pizza from here for my troubles at this point AGAIN, even if I watched you make it at this point. After you’ve changed management and staff the behavior is the same. Please do not use this one if you want what you ordered on your pizza and nothing more— I imagine this is very crucial for those with food allergies. But also, it’s my money. I want what I paid for. I don’t eat animals. How was this and the past six times you did this fair to my wallet? And I’m not going to detail the remaining dozens of order issues. You have fast delivery, but maybe if you took your time…you wouldn’t be giving out free pizzas for forgetting a fifty cent cup of sauce.
Chicken taco pizza was so yummm…only thing there was too much cheese in the garlic bread that it was oozing out and was too heavy to finish!! But it was great ??
2nd bad experience. First was a couple of weeks ago when an employee told me they would accept a coupon received in the mail when I called in the order. When I arrived for pick up, the manager said they would not honor it even though employee told him he said they would. Manager gave it after arguing. Today, ordered and paid online to avoid conflict. My wife went to pick it up and they first said they did not have the order. Then they found the order but said the pizza was given to a delivery driver. My wife had to wait until another one was made. Never again.
Large 3 topping $7.99, they paid me $3.00 tip for picking up, pizza was hot & fresh & the 4 men working were so nice! Only wish I got there names!
Worst experience of my life from this location, not even joking nor exaggerating. Tonight I went there after placing on the app, thinking this was going to be the smoothest transaction ever because I clicked pay at the store bc mother paying at the window, and the guy was very confused on if we paid on not. (Which was not the fist time it has happened idk if you guys need to train your employees better or get a better system where it is easily legible.) The man left the food by the window for like 10-15 minutes which made my food cold and it was burnt and had ranch on the spicy buffalo chicken bites ?! ( idk if it supposed have ranch or no but whatever). I just can not give this store any more chances. NOT TO MENTION HE WAS GONE WITH MY CARD FOR LIKE 7 MINUTES. I’m done, plus it made my sister sick when she tried those chicken bites immediately and made my boyfriend sick when he ate the Parmesan bread twists. DO NOT ORDER DO NOT GO THERE.
They have greatly improved. The pizza taste so good and the crust flavor is fantastic. I haven't seen papa johns since. We got mixed up on a pizza one time but they made it right. the flavor is so much improved. My favorite go to pizza.
3 times in a row they have messed up my order. Ordered pepperoni pizza with no pepperonis on it. I would give it 0 stars but that’s not an option.
