Crafty Crab has been my go to for seafood boils in the area! I went for the first time back in February and have been back at least 5 times since then. I drive past 4 others just like it, just to go to this one!I’ve gotten their small boils with garlic butter and their signature seasoning… very tasty and it’s CONSISTENT. That’s the main reason I keep going back. Their staff is also friendly and welcoming. Their Cajun wings are pretty good if you’re not a sauced wing fan like myself.I’ve had a different waiter/waitress each time all were kind, attentive (even on busy nights), and were quick to bring anything I needed to the table.I’ve seen some reviews regarding music… and it honestly depends on preference. It’s been mostly R&B, hip hop, and a mix of Pop songs from the 1970s to today. (All genres I enjoy). For me it adds to the ambiance. I will say it is played loudly by a DJ, so consider that if you’re looking for a quieter place to talk with your guests.Overall, I love this place! I can’t speak for other locations (since it’s a chain they should be similar), but I’d definitely give them a try.
Would give more stars if I could! We come here at least twice a month. Food is always hot and fresh with wonderful flavor. The medium Cajun is the best for the most flavor with less spice. The service is top notch! I hope they are here to stay because this is our favorite spot!
Firstly we had to wait a long time before a server took our order. My spouse had to call someone to let them know we waiting to be served. I ordered the large seafood platter..which was very very salty...the crayfish was bland...so i didn't enjoy as i hoped that i was going to. The manager was helpful in that she offered to make over the order...we couldn't because we were attending another event afterwards and didn't want to miss it. Don't think i will be visiting this location again..
Service and food was terrible! Very bad service and very small portions.
I gave this 1 star because zero stars wasn't an option. We went there yesterday after 1 for a quick lunch. The place was deserted which was expected at that time. The server was friendly and that's the only good thing I can say about the place. I wanted a Sprite as it was hot and I was thirsty but I was served carbonated water. The server said they had a problem with the machine. Three other choices were not available .We order can cakes and onion rings. She brought crab cakes for 1 and we distinctly said we both wanted it.As soon as I had a bite I knew something was wrong with it.We left and in the car I started to feel sick. I ended up with food poisoning and was sick since then and I'm still sick today. Fortunately my husband didn't eat his as he had to wait for it.We paid $40 to get food poisoning.
Very Delicious food. They have a very nice cocktail menu too. The waitresses are nice and give you the space to enjoy your dinner, but they are attentive to your needs. Highly recommend for a date night or big party
I’ve patronized this establishment several times and each time I was very pleased. The food is always great and when I do decide to dine in the severs are great and friendly. Depending on what you order some items can be on the expensive side, but I usually get a seafood boil which I feel is reasonable priced. Definitely would recommend if you haven’t tried it already.
The food was not good. The crab legs and lobster were rubbery and over cooked. The partial crab cluster was very small. The service was great and the drink was superb. The food was overpriced .
Great service food was delicious snow crab legs a little on the small side but the King Crabs legs ???
Me and my family went for the first time party of 6 , we absolute love this place the food is amazing, The server was amazing also, Probably the best seafood I have ever had..
