2 lines for faster service my ass… Ive sat there for over an hour at this cook out and once your in either line your stuck in the lineAlso the majority of the people working at this one are terrible they’ll stand there and talk to each other with a line and saying indecent thing it’s extremely unprofessionalI had one girl that was working the window once that kept licking her fingers and touching everything
The guy with the long blonde hair was extremely rude. I was actually shocked by the way he treated us. He was angry that he couldn't hear us order because it was raining. He actually slammed the drive thru window in our face when we were asking for sauce. He should be fired and not have a job working with people. He's just rude and gross.

Why is it that this place can never seem to get orders right???I’ve been in three times (hoping “third times a charm”)… I was wrong.This last time I turn my truck off (it’s not loud to begin with) and spoke louder incase they couldn’t hear me. My orders are SIMPLE and the same all three times!
Cheese for my hotdog was overcooked and was like refried beans in color and texture Order was wrong and the employee taking my order seemed disinterested and distracted. Really poor slow service.
Everything was great we even got to see a lady in a Chrysler 300 slam into their garbage bin destorying the side of her car and driving off super fast to get away. It was so loud! So yeah food and entertainment can be found at this cookout lol the staff was also great!! Thanks yall!
Customer service here is non existent. I really wish my kids didn't like their milk shakes so I wouldn't have to ever go back... but the milk shakes are apparently a hit with kids. Prices aren't bad and you can mix and match however many you'd like
I watched a employee drop two large sleeves of cups on the floor. She made no attempt to catch them amd smiled when she walked away. Another employee made a comment about picking them up and when the girl refused the commentor picked them up and put the cups that had fallen on the floor and restacked them on the shelf. the double burger was pasty and skimpy. Prices have gone up and service and quality have gone down. I had to ask twice for my drink. The window server was decent.
First time here. Ordered a double CB, onion rings, and a soft drink. The only problem I had, if you can even call it that, was the onion rings had absolutely no salt on them and there was none in the bag, nor ketchup. That's the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. Other than that, good burger!
I have had an issue with my order the past 3 times I have been this trip I asked for a Cajun chicken tray with no tomato Cajun wrap and white cheddar bite I got tomato and no Mayo with white cheddar bites and fries. The last time was a bigger order and got the completely wrong order. So I will not be going back to this location anytime in the near future.
