The worst cook out I've ever been to, order has been messed up over half the times I go there. Today I went and it was very packed, so I understand a mess up but when I went to the front window and tried to get a remake, I waited 30 minutes until I saw people who ordered after me get their full meals. I eventually left feeling hungry and angry. All of the staff are incompetent and lazy
They don't understand what plain means and tbh I come here all the time and I'm fed up with it. It should be simple to understand. And when the burger is half the size of the bun it's a shame. Cook out needs workers that actually work!
Seriously cook out?? The price for onion rings i expect to at least get a full order! This is bull! And they are cold and under cooked!
I got the 2 hotdog tray and the bread was sooo hard I couldn’t even bite it and they had literally just Open so they must have left it open overnight? very very disappointed
BBQ sandwich had barely any meat and was missing the hot sauce. And these wraps look like a 5 year old kid made them with there eyes closed. That seasoning is so strong a little goes a long way and they pulled it all at one end. Kinda sad if that’s the best an employee can make a chicken wrap.
Absolutely the best cookout I have ever been too the one on south cannon in kannapolis doesn’t even compare to this one thank y’all so much for amazing food and service.
Ordered cheese burger with slaw, lettice, tomato, mayonnaise. Got burger with ketchup, mustard, onion, pickles. Double cheese burger lettuce, tomato, onion, mayonnaise got burger with chili, mustard, ketchup, pickles. . No number to call store to complain.
Milkshakes are very good, they do not always put what you ask them to. But when they do they are good. The burgers are very thin, tastey though. Better ask for extra chili if you like chili on your hot dog. They only put a tablespoon on it. Love the fries and corn dogs are very crunchy.

You changed your straws. Much thinner and get brittle in the shakes. THEY SPLIT AND CRACK on both me & my wife. And felt like a razor. One could easily cut their tongue. You can fix this or someone is likely to sue.
