5-6 employees standing in back in circle talking with one person out front, all appeared to be teenagers. When an associate came from the back because a line started to form she did so AS SHE WAS DRINKING HER PERSONAL DRINK. Didn’t wash hands or put on gloves. I had to ask her to please go wash her hands. Won’t happen again because we won’t be back to pay $7+ for a size small & deal with that kind of customer service, so many other great Coldstone locations in the area!
was about three staff just standing around while my party was clearly waiting to order. the woman who finally came to take my order scratched her nose before putting gloves on, then put gloves on without washing her hands (whatever, I can excuse that part). however, she then proceeds to WIPE her nose WITH her gloved hands and then gets my ice cream. to do that during the COVID-19 pandemic is SO unbelievably gross.
Rudest location ever decided to grab some ice cream before about 5 min before the mall closed. The line was already blocked off I asked the young lady behind the counter since they don't close till 6pm. She said no ma'am and turned away. If you close at 6pm you should service till 6pm.
Idk if it just me, the Google Maps or both but I can never find this location. When I called the store I got no answer, please update something.
i love coldstone in general but this one was bad. the chocolate ice cream is good, i got chocolate chips and kitkats with it but the lady there gave me two singular kitkats in my medium, i would’ve liked more. she also told me to follow her to the front of the line, ahead of five people which was weird and uncomfortable. when i went to pay, the worker looked annoyed that i hadn’t yet. wouldn’t recommend this coldstone.
I had an amazing experience yesterday with Tiffany at the Cold Stone in Concord, NC yesterday!! It was my first time not ordering in person. Tiffany had excellent customer service skills on the phone. It was my Dad's birthday and I live an hour away. I wanted to surprise him with a cake, but it I decided to go with the cupcakes. Tiffany helped me with making the cupcake just like his favorite cake. She followed up with me and I had Postmates pick it up and deliver it to him. My Dad was so excited and surprised. He loved the cupcakes. Thank you Tiffany you made our day!
One of the best run ice cream places around. Young staff was super friendly and seems to really like what they do. Ask for Cruise. He makes a mean mixup. Honestly, how can you not like this place? It's ice cream!
They hire too many YOUNG people here I am not from here too many unexperienced one, one scratches their arm while serving people that's nasty they should be coached.
Ice cream cakes are absolutely delicious. The girls love them and we are picking one up today ?
The first l ordered was good.The next one was not made well and nasty.Cake maker needs training ,cake should look like the picture.$40.00 for a messy cake,shouldnt happen.
