I just ordered two beef hard shell tacos and got home to find out there is no cheese! Who wants a taco without cheese! I called to tell them just so they’d know. Not for a refund or anything. I mean it’s a 2 dollar taco. The problem came when they called me a liar!!! Lady on the phone said the cook and the waitress said they put cheese! I don’t appreciate being called a liar! Food at this place is usually pretty good. New management so maybe it’s not as good as it was in the past.
3 stars for the chef bc the service was horrible. Nothing on the menu is correct. Tacos say Cabbage and Pico the server says pic ONE. OK I'll pay more I'd like both. OK, comes back with meal and tells me there's No cabbage.. ? determined not to give both I guess. Water taste like I'd imagine toilet water ?. To many places in Charlotte for this. But Togo and they have items I want, then yes bc the flavor was ?? good.
After seeing great reviews for this restaurant, we were pretty disappointed. Service was mediocre, food was just ok. The peppers in my Chicken Fajita tasted strange, and when I commented to the waitress, she shrugged her shoulders & walked away. Had a friend taste one & she spit it out. Not going back next time we're in Charlotte.
Coworkers and I came for 5 de Mayo tonight and first our waitress was the worst. No communication at all, she didn’t ask once if we needed anything and was very argumentative when we told her about our food and drinks. Waited more than an hour for our food, when we finally got it it was cold so they sent it back to microwave it. The drinks were disgusting and the guacamole was horrendous. We understood it was busy but the rudeness and lack of communication amongst the employees is inexcusable, as a former waitress I tried to give our server a chance but she definitely needs training.
Good atmosphere and great service with a very appetizing menu. Lots of options to choose from and generous portions. The meats were tender and flavorful, while the vegetables maintained some body and weren't too slimy. The Parrillada Mexicana was delicious with plenty of meat and vegetables. I very much liked the steak seasoning. The Chicken Fajita was also generous and served on a sizzling hot plater. Very much enjoyed both meals and had leftovers for lunch.This is not a huge establishment, so can be crowded and noisy.
Food was delicious! Service was excellent! Definitely will eat there again!
The food is very delicious and they are very friendly.
We ate here while at Great Wolf Lodge. It was so close to GWL with great, fast service and good food. Our entire family enjoyed it - we ate here twice during our stay!
Fajitas Texanas were delicious service was great during dinner!
