I brought my Niece there and while I understand that they got to make money, the Food is so low quality; I literally told her that she can pick any Restaurant she wanted to go to, because I didn't want her eating that food; but she wanted that. When the food finally arrived, it was no bigger than a comma in a sentence. I'm going to overlook their outrageous pricing for the Prizes because I understand a business has to turn a profit. One thing that they did right is the Stamp System of keeping track of who came with who, so no one walks off with your Kid. My Niece was Happy so I'm Happy.
No social distancing being done at ALL. The entire place was booked for parties. We had 30 in our party...so there was well over 150 people in this tiny location.I would not have booked a party here if I knew there would be so many people booked at the same time.
Came here on a Wednesday morning. A perfect time to go when you don't want to be surrounded by a whole bunch of kids.
It's very very very busy, but the kids are having a blast. Despite how super busy they are, the staff (and I mean everyone) is sooooo patient and kind. Excellent job and Kudos to the Chuck E Cheese @Concord!!!
Attended a birthday party here and it was great all the kids had fun and and the pizza was good they kept the drinks coming so no one was lacking nothing an we will soon be coming for my son birthday party

Haven’t been here since they remodeled, I miss avenger Chuck but I do like what they’ve done with the place! There’s a lot of new games, and they’re all functional unlike how it used to be. Friendly staff, clean store.
Great pizza! Arcade games are fun, and it's a great place to bring kids. Admission is free!
Went to my grandsons birthday - as expected it was very loud, but the restaurant is pitched towards young children.Given that - the kids had a blast and therefore very successful and enjoyable.
For kids this is fun place. My kids were enjoyed a lot. If you are facing your infants walking milestones are not achieved try taking your infants here after they are able to stand by their own. Heared lot of success stories.
