They do great except on the days the management just decides their gonna do online orders only.Today Friday 5/20/22 is a day that they were just like we’ll just have 2 people working and only do online orders.The staff is great it’s just greedy management.
One of the worst chipotle stores. Every time they are sold out of chicken and other items. They still charge full price for menu with half the items. People are worst in the store and they are rude with customers. Next time please close the store when you are out of items and don't cheat customers by charging full price. This one store is spoiling the reputation of chipotle and the franchise need to improve the quality of this store or shut this down.

I have always loved chipotle’s food but this specific location is overdoing it with the skimpyness of the food. I asked for mixed greens and got a few leaves on top of my bowl. If u ask for a little bit more they wanna charge you a lot. Don’t go to this location to eat, they will have you starving. I don’t blame the employees because they are taught that way but the owner needs to know if you want to draw in more customers leaving satisfied, full, and happy you need to feed your customers.
I ordered a Pollo asado burrito. It came poorly wrapped and had guac and sour cream that I cannot eat. I am unable to get someone on the phone to correct the order.I am unable to drive back out there to get another burrito.This is not the first nor second time at this location, which is why I'm leaving 2 stars with a complaint.
Dirty place. Cleaning doesn’t exist here. This Chipotle is filthy and unsanitary. Before I took this picture I cleaned our table and seat because It was full of leftover food. Not the first time I experience something like this. Please clean this place and be more reasonable with the food portion.

Literally the worst chipotle I have ever been to Its normally my favorite place to go I visit them allover the east cost from Ohio to Florida. Any other one fills my bowl and I'm never able to finish it... Well not today that's for sure it's more like a half bowl. I read the reviews and it's obvious that the be owner don't even care because its a reoccurrence. Should just shut it down.
I got there only taking online orders. That was fine, but the restaurant was disgusting! The tables were nasty. The floor had food everywhere! Maybe like someone had a food fight earlier? Needless to say, we left.
This was beyond horrible even for Chipotle. Got charged for the wrong stuff and no one is willing to make it right. Also the service was slow and putting sauce into cups with no lids for takeout is a bad idea.
